On an out in a timely and reasonable manner. Performed safety checks, checked humidifier for functional winter setting. Checked filter and set the humidistat for winter. Buttoned up the system and left with the "Call us if there is any thing you need!"

They got there within the scheduled window, and were very quick and professional and affordable. Will definitely be using them for my future HVAC needs!

Astro responded immediately on a Saturday to our request to replace our furnace and AC unit. Tuesday, Joe, the Astro sales representative, arrived and inspected our 30 year old units. He was polite, an excellent communicator and asked us questions to help us come to the conclusion we were looking for, totally professional. Then on Friday the installation team of three equally professional individuals arrived and got to work. The workmanship was impressive and quick not to mention they replaced a water heater while installing the furnace. Additionally, while replacing the units team members took any time necessary to explain what they were doing and why with an unfailing positive attitude. Results? An impressed customer with super quiet units, our neighbor was as delighted with the reduction in noise as we were. When job was completed there was NO cleanup required. I will be calling ASTRO Heating & Cooling first in the future for any services they offer.

Thanks to Joe who sat down with us and In great detail went through all that Astro has to offer as a company that fits around any budget, plus giving us peace of mind on our investment. Joe was upfront and honest, and gave us all our options without pushing us to make a decision. As new homeowners we were in a situation to replace the existing HVAC because of age and lack of maintenance by previous owners, but now we have the confidence in our new system plus the guaranteed warranty provided we are delighted! The guys who fitted our new HVAC system were polite, knowledgeable, responsible with our property and above all else professional. These guys are just as good as their reviews say. My experience was A+. My hot water heater was leaking badly so I needed very quick service. They came out the day I called to see what they would need and were here to complete the job at 8:30am the following morning. They also offered multiple options to fit my needs & I ended up with an even better solution than what I was originally looking for. Also, they handled the financing on the spot and I didn't have to pay a dime up front.
