Hi there. Astro did the fall furnace check-up. Tech was on time and professional. Answered my tenants questions. So happy with them I went on their yearly service contact. Saves a little $ up front but the real value comes later. Priority placement when in trouble and discounts on parts.

Technician Joe did an absolutely outstanding job servicing my unit. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable concerning my HVAC unit. He was also very respectful of my property and offered me a solution concerning my unit that saved me money. Why are you driving aggressively and reckless at 20mph over the speed limit at 7:00 am? If this is any indication of their service, I’d look elsewhere. I mean how naive can you be when you’re practically driving a billboard on the highway. Tell your techs to slow down…

The technician came out today for a furnace checkup (that’s what I call it) and answered any questions I had. Dan not only answered the questions but actually pointed out/showed me what he was explaining. He was very patient, did not talk down to me or “talk above my head”. Super nice guy!
