It was a blow to my wallet, but that's what happens when you have two separate break downs ruining your week. Astro Heating & Cooling technician was very professional.He was on time, pleasant, and professional.I was very impressed with his work. I highly recommend their services.

Technician was very thorough, he kept me informed on what he was going to check before he started working. He wore boot covers which was appreciated. He was organized and had all his gear with him. Finally when he was done working, he gave me a summary of his findings.This is one of the best experiences. I highly recommend Astro Heating & Air Conditioning.

We called Astro for an estimate on a whole home HVAC replacement. Things went well at first. Joe seemed nice, but unfortunately towards the end of the visit things went bad.

Joe walked with my husband from the area where our furnace is back into the living room. Upon looking at me, he turned toward my husband and said, "Oh, I didn't get your wife's name. What is it?" I was standing right there and the question could, and SHOULD, have been directed at me, especially since he saw me standing there and that was what jogged his memory to ask. Moreover, when my husband politely asked him to pull his mask up over his nose (it had been sitting under his nose for a time with no effort made to pull it up. I brought it to my husband's attention and asked him to address it given the disrespect from a few moments before), he was obviously irked and immediately chose to do the paperwork from his vehicle. The decision was fine, his attitude was not.

After going over the paperwork with my husband, he started his sales closing pitches. We understand those, my husband was in sales, but the amount of pressure he tried to put on my husband was enough to chase any sale away. What irked us both was the look that was given when my husband said he couldn't make a decision right then, he needed to talk with me because I was also a decision-maker.

It is the 21st century and we're in the middle of a global pandemic. It is absolutely unacceptable to come into someone's home without wearing PPE per guidelines, treat women the way he treated me, and to cop an attitude when something simple was very nicely asked of him as a GUEST in a home he does not own. We read so many good reviews and hate to be a bad one. The quote was reasonable and was actually among the top of our choices, but even my husband decided he didn't want to use a company who blatantly disrespected his wife. It would have been a job over $6,000!

Thanks to the guys at Astro Heating & Cooling for a great job at a great price. It sure is nice to have someone show up immediately, give you a straight answer about your problem and fix it without trying to sell you a new furnace. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely a homerun for a company.

Tim came out and did Furnace Tune-Up Maintenence at my house. Was very quick and professional!

The lady who scheduled the appointment was nice and easy to deal with. The technician swooped in and knocked out the problem quickly . He was very professional, answered all my questions, and seemed trustworthy. I highly recommend their services.

On time . Polite and honest. Just did a fall checkup appointment. Throuogh inspection of all heating systems components. Needed new humidifier filter. Appreciate that tech didn't try to upsell anything and answered my few questions expertly.

I was referred to Astro from Patrico Heating and Air. Joe Scognamiglio came by and explained clearly all my options for a new HVAC system and commercial gas hot water heater. He was honest about my best option not what was more beneficial to Astro. The installation team arrived 4 days later to install the new system. The installation experts were cordial and professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

The system works great and I would highly recommend Astro for your HVAC needs.
