Astro Heating & Cooling

We have used Astro for many years for maintenance and repair of our HVAC system. They have always been prompt to come out for an emergency and reasonably priced for repairs. When Jason, the owner came out on Christmas Eve to get our furnace running we made the decision to give them our business for a new HVAC system which was installed a couple weeks later. Three technicians worked from 8am to 3pm to install a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, thermostat and hot water heater. They were fast working and very skilled. They covered all the surfaces where they were walking and did a great job of cleaning up. We are thrilled with the Carrier system the we had installed! I would highly recommend Astro Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs, whether that be maintenance or a new updated system.

I have spent 4 months going back and forth between my home Warrenty and a new service provider regarding my heater not working. We spent majority of the winter with almost no heat because I truly believed that the home Warrenty should be responsible in replacing my heater but they would not give in. UNTIL I HAD ASTRO HEATING!!! Emily went out of her way. I explained to her that I basically give up I need to install a new heater and I’m ready to go ahead and pay but she said I shouldn’t do that because she also believes the home Warrenty is responsible for it. She took the time and went head to head with my Warrenty company went above the case manager their boss and their boss etc. and guess what… a week and half later home Warrenty approved a new heater at their expense. I wouldnt have been able to do it without Asto heating and Emily’s help! I appreciate you all for helping us! And already sent several co workers I work with! (They too had nice things to say) I thank you so much!

Astro helped out with adding supply and return lines for a basement finish. They worked quick, are reasonably priced, and did clean work. I would definitely work with them again.

True professionals. I was given multiple options to choose from, and had all of my questions answered. I was explained how the install would go, and it was done that way to the T. Can't thank the guys enough.

I trusted Astro with a large scale heating project at my 100 year old residence in South City. Jason and his team did a fantastic job. Communication throughout the project was better than I could have imagined. Jason was in tune with my needs and worked hard to keep me on budget. Every employee of Astro I interacted with was friendly and professional and I had no problem trusting them in my home. A small issue presented itself after the project was completed and Astro had the issue solved within 24hrs. These guys were great and I’ll be trusting them with all my future HVAC needs!
