Called AL-DON to come out as my heat stopped working during the COLDEST time of the year in February 2021. Alex came out the SAME DAY and fixed my furnace right away and explained to me exactly what the issue was. I cannot thank Alex and Al-Don enough for their professionalism, promptness, knowledge and courtesy.

I had a full system installed. HVAC ,zone system, water heater and humidifier. They also added an additional kick plate in the kitchen to increase the airflow and added a return air duct. The sales person, Lisa, was very knowledgeable and receptive to the changes that I desired. The installers were skilled, friendly and eager to answer any questions about the installation or the products they were installing. The system works great and I would recommend Al-Don to anyone who needs any of these services.

I hope you will read this. We have two furnaces and our smaller one, located in a tight space in an attic, went out. We called another mechanical contractor who sent out a guy who couldn't get to the unit b/c the space was too narrow. They then sent a skinnier person out who also couldn't squeeze into the space (or, rather, didn't try) and then sent out an owner who studied the situation. His answer was to tear out the ceiling, move the cold air return, spend $1,500+ on a carpenter and then they could get to the unit and figure out if it was repairable. Then, I asked Al-Don to come out. Alex arrived and squeezed into the attic three times, at great discomfort, and decided it might be a damaged relay. He came back down, got his equipment and went back up to test it and discovered that the relay was fine. Then, he continued testing until he discovered that it was a faulty thermostat - one of the levers inside of the thermostat had broken. He quickly cleaned up, replaced the thermostat and got us back in business at a very low cost and with no damage or reconstruction to do. He went the extra mile that the other folks were not willing to do. Thank You Al-Don and Alex!!! I will be using them from now on.

Jeff, Lisa, and the Techs at Al-Don were great! Did a fantastic job of replacing and installing my furnace during one of the coldest days that we have had in the Saint Louis area. Thank you guys for taking care of my family and providing heat to my house! I will highly recommend you again for my Heating and Cooling needs!

I would highly recommend Al-Don Heating and Cooling to anyone who is wanting a professional, honest, compassionate and reasonably priced service and repair needs. They come quickly especially in emergency situations such as in extreme heat when the air conditioning goes out or in the winter when your heater goes out. By the way, the service men are so courteous and respectful and so very nice!
