I recommend this business! When I called and told Amy the problems we were experiencing, she was able to schedule an appointment for the same day! Brian called me to let me know he was about 30 minutes out, and he was true to his word! He arrived professionally and got straight to work! Both Amy, Kim and Brian are awesome at their jobs! Brian K. with AAA was amazing. He installed electrical for my hot tub. He provided the estimate, set the time and date, and was on time. It only took him about 4 hours and was amazingly fast. This included adding a disconnect box, moving a light fixture, adding an outlet, and wiring the hot tub. He also told me about electrical code and code pertaining to the windows near my hot tub. AAA beat all competitors prices and job knowledge. A+++ service. Thanks Brian, AAA is lucky to have you on their team.

These people were awesome. They communicated well they showed up when they said they would. They did the work. They cleaned up behind them selves. They were very polite no complaints whatsoever. The service guy had his name was Jay very personable very polite, young man.

These guys were a nightmare. Please steer clear. I thought going with the cheaper quote would be better this time, but boy was I wrong.
I called on 3/20/23 for an inverter board and a latching mechanism for a kitchen aid microwave oven combo. I let the guy that I spoke with on the phone know that I had already gotten 2 quotes/diagnostics done and they both came back with the same proposed solution of the latching mechanism and the inverter board. But despite this, he insisted we only order the latching mechanism to be replaced, do the diagnostic because they would apparently take apart the machine instead of only looking at the error code, then go from there, to which I reluctantly agreed and I prepaid for the latch. Not an hour later, he calls me back after I have already paid and says the labor will be double because he didn’t realize it was a microwave oven combo and that if I wanted to cancel the service the part I just prepaid for is non refundable. Which I thought was beyond scandalous to do to someone, so I asked to speak with the manager/owner. And the owner responded that if I removed the combo from the cabinet prior to their arrival they’d keep the labor the same as my original quote. To which I again reluctantly agreed, but I still didn’t feel was right after they had already provided a quote and I paid.
After waiting a week for the latch to come in, the tech arrives at my home and immediately charges me the diagnostic fee then says he can’t do anything unless I want to get charged for labor twice until the inverter board comes in. Which is what I originally asked for but was steered clear by them because they said they first needed to take apart the machine instead of only looking at the error code. But he doesn’t even take apart anything like they promised, all he does is look at the error code which is exactly what they said they would not do. And doesn’t install the latch as promised either. At this point I’m $200+ in, lots of time wasted, many empty promises, and a microwave oven combo sitting on my kitchen floor with no work done to it. So I call the owner who then says there’s nothing he can do, constantly talking over me, and starts interrogating me about why I had multiple companies give me a quote as if this was the point of the conversation. Like who doesn’t get multiple quotes to make sure they aren’t being overcharged. Then the owner Bryan says he’s canceling my service and I’m stuck with the part cost and hangs up the phone.
At this point I’m writing a compliant to the better business bureau, filing a police report for this type of business activity, and filing a report with the attorney general. Please steer clear and stay safe everyone.
