AAA came to my home to repair my GE refrigerator that was freezing all items deli and veggie drawers. Told us the issue was with a faulty fan and over-crowded fridge. Mind you they didn't clean the fan. They promised to call with an estimate for fixing possible control and thermostat issues but never did.
It turns out the fan had nothing to do with the problem. We hired a different company that identified and fixed the actual issue: a broken conduit from freezer into fresh drawers was bringing cold air into the fridge. I'm sure this company does other things well. Just don't call them for appliance work.

Called AAA on Monday to give me a quote on a new water heater and softener. Stuart came out early the next day and gave me a quote. By 4pm they had the entire job finished. Everything looks great and the whole process went smoothly.

I am so glad that I went with this company! The price was reasonable and Mike was outstanding! He explained what he was doing and gave me lots of valuable information. He was very patient with me, as I had a lot of questions. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and gave me great advice. I had been a customer of AAA for various minor jobs, and asked them to come out to give me a quote on providing and installing a water softener and two tankless water heaters. Their plumbing estimator came, un-groomed, and spent about 10 minutes looking at our plumbing. He took no measurements, opened no price books, called no one and off the top of his head quoted me $12,300.00. It felt very awkward and like a shakedown. When I said I need to discuss with the misses, he made some minor sales attempts but quickly gave up. Then he charged me $78.50 for a "Service Call". This was not a service call, it was for an estimate. No mention of a service call was discussed when i made the appointment on the phone. Needless to say all trust with vendor is broken and we will move on feeling the $78.50 was a small price to pay. Please use our experience as caution when using this vendor.

19 days...that's how long we were without a refrigerator waiting on parts/installation ordered by AAA Home Service. That's how long we went having food/medication in coolers of ice throughout our kitchen.

12 days...thats how long we waited to hear from anyone while waiting on the part to arrive. That was quoted as taking "2-4" business days by the original technician. When I finally called I was told the part arrived, conveniently, the day prior and that I "should have been getting a call today to schedule."

7 days...that's how long we had to wait once the parts did arrive to have someone come to our home for the repair.

I understand waiting on parts, I understand having a full workload...what I don't understand is running a company unable to accommodate those. Having to wait nearly three weeks for a repair, a full week of which the part is in stock, is absolutely absurd. To make matters worse the complete lack of empathy/urgency when speaking with their customer service was infuriating. I will not be contracting this company again at any point.

Very pleased with this company. AAA fixed a GFCI switch that continued to trip (incorrectly loaded to our fridge from the previous owners) and a bad dimmer on our four season room. The tech (Jeremy) was extremely professional, explained everything and was VERY respectful to the COVID safety measures in our home. We used them as an outside contractor to our home warranty and the tech explained the diagnosis so that we could get reimbursed after submitting the claim. Will definitely use this company again. A+++

Sam the repair person was early after calling first.
He was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. I made sure I had his name so I can ask for him if and when I need a repair person again.
Sam is very nice and easy to understand. I would use AAA again.

They did great plumbing work. Fast and professional. Slightly expensive, communication could be a bit better and their office staff really needs some work. Took me 7 calls and half of a day to get a lein release that didn't have half of it's content cut off of the page.

I had AAA install a Rinnai tankless water heater and Northstar water softener. Both technicians did an excellent job, however the tech that installed the Rinnai did some of the cleanest and nicest work I’ve ever seen, a true professional.

Will use for all my home maintenance needs.

I called on Tuesday, and had an appointment for the very next day. He came out and was extremely professional, told me exactly what I needed done and did only that. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will definitely be hiring them again in the future.
