From first appt on I have been disappointed. First their truck leaked oil in my driveway and when we asked if they would tell the tech on the second visit not park in the driveway and they still parked in the driveway. 🙄This company was just doing warranty repair work for LG. Very unprofessional. Not a good representation. Did not fix fridge on first visit. Told me the part that LG told them replace would not fix the problem so they blew off some dust and told me to let them know if I still have the problem. Blowing off dust did not fix problem. So had to have them comeback No showed on their second appt and blamed it on lg. on the third appt of taking off work, tech said replacing this part would not fix the problem but had no insight on what would. Then after they left my ice maker stopped making ice. When I called with simple inquiries of why this could be maybe not working the rude girl said it wasn't their workers that's a new problem and they couldn't help. Wow. I never write bad reviews I mean never but this companies lack of professionalism, unwillingness to help fix my fridge or maybe a simple fix on the ice maker over the phone they have lost my business forever and I hope yours as well

It's hard to find a reliable plumber in my experience. AAA sent out Stuart and I was incredibly happy with his work. He took time to explain what needed to be done and was back in two days to fix pressure release valve on the pipe coming into our house. We had too much water pressure and it damaged part of our water heater. AAA got us back up and running quick and easy. I will be using them again, though I hope I don't need to.

Jeremy from AAA Home Services did a wonderful job installing my new ceiling fan. He was on time, communicated clearly, and was very professional. Thank you!

Came out and did not finish the job. They said they would not cut my sink. I had to find someone to do this meanwhile I had a death in our family. They said it was over 30 days and they would have to charge me another 89.00 to finish the job they never did that they charged me 214.00. Dan you have my phone number you can call me anytime. Last time we talked you said you could not do anything for us except charge us 89.00 to come out.

We have always been pleased with the service we receive from AAA. Austin has been to our house several times. He is always considerate about working in our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes times to answer all of our questions and explain what he is doing. He always does a GREAT job and we are happy with his service.

Sam is here for our spring and fall check ups every years and he does a great job educating us on our older heating and air systems. He is very thorough and had detailed records of our past repairs and maintenance work.
Fortunately, we haven’t needed much plumbing work but we have another gentleman from AAA who is the same person who returns every time and he has been great on the plumbing side. He’s installed a new water heater and new faucets for us as well. Consulted us with water heater options and helped us save money in our century home by switching units.

I had a tremendous experience with this company. They were able to schedule a technician to view our malfunctioning dryer within 2 days.
Mitch was my technician. He was kind, punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and even showed up when it was snowung/sleeting outside! I showed him a video of my dryer, and he knew what the problem was immediately, and went to work. Watching him take apart the dryer was very impressive. He knew exactly what to do, was careful with the parts, and worked quickly to correct the problem. He also managed to do so while my 1 year-old watched him very curiously - Mitch didn't seem to mind at all. I highly recommend this company, and we will use them for all future needs!

Sam was everything I expected and then some. He was professional and had an outstanding attitude. He took the time to show and explain to me what happened to my air conditioner which demonstrates that he knows what he is doing and is able to communicate with someone that doesn’t have a clue about air conditioner functions other than adjusting the thermostat. I appreciate how fast he arrived, because it was 80 degrees inside my house. Sam is definitely an asset to your company.
