I have been very happy with my AAA services - I just had Jeremy here to help with a light and ceiling fan, and he was very knowledgable, took care of the problem quickly AND helped me figure out what to do next. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm super happy with AAA and I will continue to use my membership since they provide such terrific service! One of the best things we added this year.

I have a 3 year old LG refrigerator that was not getting cold, had to throw away over $400.00 worth of food. I called Hoffman Brothers to come check it. The man that came out checked it and said that the compressor had gone out and LG knows there is an issue with it. It is under warranty and he even gave me the number for LG customer service. The service call was $45. I called LG with all of the information, they said they would contact a service company in my area and have them fix it. I got a call from AAA saying they would have to order the compressor and it would be about 5 or 6 days to get, they would call me to schedule the repair when they had the part. They got the part in 6 days, perfect. They came out the next day. Jay told my husband that the compressor was not the problem, it was dirty fins. He cleaned the fins and left. Next day still not working. I called and was told that they didn’t know why it was not fixed but they would send someone out on Monday, I told her that was not going to work for us because we are both working. I should not have to wait longer because the technician did not want to do what LG was paying them to do. She had Jay come back out today even though I told her I did not want the same guy because he was very rude to my husband yesterday. I took off work early to be here for Jay to show up with Ed. Jay was more polite today but Ed was not. He asked for the receipt showing when I purchased the fridge. I told him I did not have the receipt and he was very snarky saying they would not fix it if I couldn’t prove when it was purchased. I told him that I did not need to prove anything to him, LG had all the information and LG is paying them to do the job that should have been done yesterday. That is when Jay stepped in and said they had the paperwork from yesterday so they would fix it. Ed proceeded to walk in and out of my front door, multiple times without closing the door behind as he went to the van to get different tools and such. And he was just in a crabby mood.
Hopefully tomorr My freezer will be freezing again, I hope LG will consider contracting with Hoffman brothers after this. They have always been pleasant and very helpful the 4 times I have used them for other service needs. AAA needs to do better with customer service.

Whatever you do, do not use AAA Home Services!!! "Used" them for warranty work on my ice maker, the guy came out said they had to order a new ice maker. 3 months later and about 30 run around phone calls and the ice maker finally came in. Repair man came back a put the ice maker in, since it was ice and couldn't fully test it he left saying it was fixed and it could be 24-48 hours for it to start. Gave it the weekend and still no ice. Called to get them back to fix it and they said they couldn't come fix their mistake unless I called my warranty to set it back up... it's the same call cause you didn't fix it. Absolutely no customer service. When I asked for a manager I went straight to voice-mail and haven't heard back. All I ask is to stand behind your work, is that too much to ask?

I found these guys on the Thumbtack app. I messaged them along with another company. The other company was a few minutes quicker to respond so I initially picked the other company to come out and service my AC. After the other company stood me up 2 times, I decided to give this company a try. I called them at 7:30am and by 8:15am a technician was at my door. Mike was professional, courteous, clean, and very informative. He gave me helpful tips on how to keep a good system. He showed me their membership plans and mentioned their stores. Now, I know who to call next time I need any home repairs done. I would say my only gripe is it took the technician 5 minutes to fix the problem. It was a clogged hose that went into the sump pump. Frankly, it would have been nice if that repair cost was included in the $78 I paid for the technician to come out. However, it cost me another $90 for the 5 minute repair. I'm not upset though.
