Installed new furnace and A/C November 2020. Feb 14 our blower quit working. Temp fell in home to 50 degrees. Called Immediately, didn't it say CALL AAA, WE'RE ON OUR WAY? Today is Tuesday, after numerous calls to all numbers listed on website received a call from Mike, service tech that hell be here by 2 pm. He was the only person to return calls. NOT the SERVICE MANAGER. No way to get help from AAA on Sundays or inclement freezing weather. I'm 77 and freezing. False advertisement CALL AAA WE'RE ON OUR WAY. I was told when I purchased the 7500.00 unit, I would get immediate response on service calls. Is this the kind of service you're looking for?

I typically don’t complain, but this just wasn’t a good experience. I paid $78 on Aug 18th for them to come out and tell me what I already knew. The rep told me the part would be in the next day, but it may take a few days for another service rep to come out. I hadn’t heard anything for a couple of weeks, so I call yesterday Sept 9. I speak with Tonya. She says she will reach out to Jim and get back to me. I did not receive a phone call. I call back today. She says we can’t anybody out hear until Sept 16th. At this point, I just want my $78 back and would rather go somewhere else. She asks if I would like to speak to a manager, I said that would be great. Puts me on hold, just to tell me he is in a meeting, and would call me back. I’m just thoroughly disappointed with this level of customer service.

Winner At Best

Brian and Taylor did a phenomenal job. First of all they called before they arrived. They arrived on time. In this era of Covid, they both were wearing face masks. Their customer service was outstanding they cleaned up behind themselves and they did a phenomenal job of removing an old Chandelier and installing a new Chandelier. They were very conscientious about their work and wanted to make sure that the customers were happy.

Stewart was excellent. He was patient with my questions and explained each step of the repair process very clearly. I will definitely look to AAA for future HVAC, water heater and appliance needs.

Jeremy Jones did an outstanding job.... we don’t think there is anything he can’t do! Even when he runs into a problem, he works until he comes up with a more-than- satisfactory solution. We are very happy with his work in our shower, faucets, toilet, and the lavatory top he installed.

Tim called right on time and I explained what I wanted and he said he need to pick up parts. Very friendly . Quoted the price and went right to work. Did an outstanding job, cleaned up, made sure I was happy. Really glad to see he was wearing a mask and gloves!

Robbie came out and put a faucet on the back side of the house. He came in and got it done. Robbie was personable, professional, and efficient.

Horrible company. We only needed a water line into our refrigerator shut off and capped. Is apparently still leaking. My hardwood floor and wall is wet and probably ruined. We call them and they won’t even send some out to finish the job until Monday. 5 days. In the meantime. It’s still leaking. Plus woman answering phone acted like she could find us in their system until we said we had proof of our payment to them... magically she was able to find us. Very shady company. Beware

My water line was fixed and does not seem to be leaking anymore. They said they are not responsible for the water damage. Which I figured.
They fixed the problem very quickly after this review which I definitely appreciate however over all experience was not good. I would still beware

Brian K was outstanding. Extremely professional, courteous, and competent. Was very patient and explained his work thoroughly to us. Was abundantly clear that Brian knows what he’s doing and aims to exceed the expectations of his customers.

Justin was less than professional during his visit and had to be asked repeatedly to wear a mask when in my home. He assessed the dishwasher and advised that the machine was inoperable and needed to be replaced. However, he and his supervisor Brian, committed insurance fraud by not reporting the correct diagnosis information to the warrant company. This appears to have been done in order to receive full payment. When I tried to discuss the matter with Brian, he yelled and became aggressive. When asked if his tone and aggressive behavior was due to my being a black male, he hung up the phone on me. 50 years of service, no African American employees in senior positions. You make the call.
