We always call them when needed, but they do our scheduled maintenance each year, so we feel safe year around.
Latest update, we need a celing fan replaced after 22 years so we call the best .ost dependable home service company in Ofallon AAA, Jeromy the electrical came out did his usual job in a 100% great job, he's really knowledgable, highly trained and very good at what he does

I had a refrigerator not cooling enough. So, I set up a diagnosis call with them. The technician came and only looked at the refrigerator for 5 minutes said I needed the parts to be replaced and they are out of stock until August. He was in and out within 20 minutes. Then I called another company, their technician came and spent 2 hours correctly analysing the issue and fixed it. All it had was frosting electrical panel. No part was needed. I will never ever use AA/ home services. I also wish they train their technicians properly.

I had Brian out last week to install some outlets and fixtures. I am very pleased with the work, he did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Technician repaired defective electrical items that were done under a so called (home warranty program). The service fee was the same amount as the (home program). He did an excellent job. I will use the same company again.

Jeremy was fast and efficient, did an excellent job for much less money than I would have had to pay with other companies I've used in the past. I highly recommend him!

Brad came out to look at our dryer. He was able to identify the issue and order the parts needed. He also did some basic education with us to help in the future I would HIGHLY reccomend.

The 2 plumbers did a good job putting in the faucet. But I felt the cost was overly excessive for the time spent doing the replacement. They charged us $358 for less than an hours work. And that didn't include the faucet. We bought that ourselves. And because we didn't want to pay for a $600 faucet, which is what it would have cost buying it from them, there was not a warranty on their work.

As always, I was impressed with AAA! They did a great job, and even arrived earlier than expected. The electrician was super friendly and professional

Jeremy showed up on time and was a pleasant guy. I was probably the easiest job he's had, flipping a breaker I had over looked, but that was my fault. I'd use them again.

Jecemy and Josh did a fine job. They put in a new water heater for me in a very small area. they new what they were doing, and the price was right. Ray and Judy.
