Brian from AAA was excellent and a pleasure to work with on the electrical projects we needed done.

Jeremy did a good job. He was very nice and professional and helped us with other questions we had about other services.

AAA and Jeremy were responsive, timely on arrival, quick to repair 1st repair, and took 2nd repair back to shop to fix and returned on day & time as promised to re-install it. All works great - Thank you!

I had my water heater replaced through AAA home services and they damaged the hot water valve to my washer. They charged me a service fee for coming back out to tell me that my washer was indeed broken, and would not fix the washer unless I paid for replacement parts and labor for fixing the washer they broke. I have not been able to use my washer for 2 weeks and counting. Attached is the damaged hot water valve.

Looked at my washer thats under warranty ran his hand around drum and said no there's nothing wrong Well it still tears my clothes I think he came for the Warranty fee not here to help. Still working on getting help.He was here about 15minutes

Jeremy was ahead of schedule so he called to ask if he could come a little early. He was friendly and efficient.

Brian did a thorough job, and especially ensured that the ceiling fan was installed properly. Everything on my electrical repair list was well taken care of.
