Sam was very professional and honest. I never thought that I was being misled or pressured to complete more than what was needed to get me heat after my blower motor went out in my furnace. I had a previous company come out the day before and was even quoted double the price AAA Home Services was able to get me. I highly recommend and will always use them for any future repairs for my home!

Once before Jeremy did some work replacing and upgrading my electrical box and installed outside lighting on my garage. He is friendly, works steady to get the job done and professional. So when I needed additional work I requested him. Just like before he arrived on time and got an outside electric outlet installed and had my suck pump connected to my electric box. I would recommend him highly!

We've used AAA in the past and always been happy with the work. However, our most recent interaction left a bad taste in our mouth. Our dishwasher needed repair and Justin came out for the initial consult. He was polite and friendly, and diagnosed the problem as the "relay on board fried". He showed the problem, and it was blackened and charred. He said a part would need to be ordered and they'd schedule a follow up appointment once it came in, shouldn't be a big deal.

Today was the follow up appointment and it could not have been more different. Now, I must disclose that I didn't have my phone ringer on this morning, so I missed the phone call from John the technician. However, my son answered the door when he arrived so there was no wasted time for him sitting around waiting for us, but this may have put him in a bad mood prior to arrival. From the get go, John was stand-offish and confrontational. He first tried to yank the entire unit away from the wall and became frustrated because he didn't know where the screws were. This was unnecessary as the problem was in the door. After finally opening the door panel he saw the burned out piece and accused us of continuing to use the dishwasher. We assured him that we hadn't used it since well before Justin had initially diagnosed the problem and that we'd only put dishes inside the dishwasher as a drying rack to make use of the space. Despite absolutely nothing happening between the previous call and John's appearance, he tells us that the wiring harness now needs to be completely replaced and we'll need two additional service calls, then completely brushed off our attempts to discuss options (including buying an entirely new dishwasher from them). He left before anything got resolved, the whole experience lasted only 10-15 minutes.

His notes on the invoice show "Found wiring harness and connections burnt behind door now!" Considering that the previous technician had diagnosed that exact problem and John was here to fix it, the statement further shows that John was not listening to us and instead believed we had done something wrong.

It's been three weeks since my initial phone call to AAA to schedule a repair and we're still without a working dishwasher. It looks like now we're going to buy a new one rather than go through the hassle of having another company come out, look, order parts, etc. We just want a working dishwasher. Even though I've used AAA in the past, this experience with John has me questioning whether I'll use them again. If this were my only experience with them, this post would end with a 1 star and never again. The 3 stars is to give them credit for their previous good work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had a air conditioner repaired which needed a contactor that they charged me $310 for the part. After installing which only took 10-15 minutes it corrected the problem.
Concerned on the price of the part I called several Lennox part suppliers and the cost of the part was only $38. I called and was rudely told that was a set price from their book. This is why people are constantly ripped off by these repair companies especially us senior citizens.

Sam was amazing! He was kowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. Not only did he do a great job fixing my heating system, he took the time to explain what he did, why he did it, and what I can do regularly to keep it from happening again. I will absolutely request him if I have any issues in the future and I highly recommend him!

AAA installed a brand new HVAC system and a hot water heater in 2019. All of the work was done as indicated. The cost was right, service was professional and the results are as advertised. Our AC unit broke on Saturday, my husband is a pretty good fix-it handy man, unfortunately all companies charge an arm and leg to come out on weekends. My husband was going to be extremely busy at work, he found part on web yet delay in shipping. I asked if he would just leave me information and I’d call around Monday. I called several places without any help, even from shop all referred me to, they in fact were extremely rude. Then I called AAA, left message and this wonderful young man KYLE called me back, was so knowledgeable, he knew the part I was looking for had been discontinued and replaced said he would find a way to get me one and call back….he called within and hour and I was able to purchase my part by 10am. KYLE made me a permanent customer, I will bring all my future business to him and will recommend to all family & friends.
