They provide excellent customer service! We’ve been dealing with A/C issues for that past 2 months and have had several companies come in to attempt to fix the issue with no success until Ben from Henderson Heating and Air Conditioning came to the rescue. He was professional and transparent with what the issue was and what he was going to do to fix it.

Based on my previous experience with Henderson Heating and Air Conditioning on my AC repair, I decided to give them another shot. The second visit was even better! After the lead technician's assessment and choices were presented to me, his assistant came by today and not only completed the scope of work as anticipated, but also went above and beyond his Customer Service. I've signed up for their maintenance plan! They come highly recommended by me.

Awesome service and quick! Joe explained everything to me, and even showed me the problem. Reasonable charge for annual service, which keeps us in compliance for warranty. Thank you! He even stuck around to make sure the furnace continued to work with no issues! He cares!!!

Their work in replacing our Brivis evaporative chiller was excellent. They carried away the old cooler and all trash after completing a tidy and thorough installation.
