Hoff Heating & AC

Hoff is awesome! Our AC kept throwing the breaker and would shut off on the hottest days. Hoff discovered the issue, had the part on the truck and fixed it in no time flat! Great service, and great value.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had dealing w a service call. Larry was both personable and informative. He not only repaired my AC but took time to make sure there wasn't an issue in the future. Would definitely use this company again. Hope all their employees are as meticulous and curious as Larry was. Thanks again!

The only issue I had was , I requested a phone call from the technician before arrival. When I scheduled the appointment through online scheduling I left detailed instructions to have the technician call me to make sure I was home I don’t want a Text message ( heading your way) luckily the day of service I was home . In the future someone must call first. Connor the technician was professional and very courteous and answered any questions that I had . Overall I’m pleased with Hoff HVAC and my new system.

Hoff had a someone out to diagnose my problem the next day. A part needed to be ordered and when it arrived they contacted me immediately to setup the install. Larry was knowledgeable and professional. He found a work around for my system so we could use the AC until the part arrived. My system has been fixed and my AC feels colder! I would highly recommend Hoff based on their customer service and experience!

Repaired our A/C today and am so thankful! The tech who came out to our house was knowledgeable and very polite. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs!

Only the best in the area! Our AC line froze up over the weekend and I called their emergency line. They came and found out we need a charge to the unit. Came fast, fixed fast, these guys are always professional and only do what's needed. Can't say much more. Highly recommended!!!

I was quoted $109 service charge on the phone before the appointment. Technician came out, repaired and told me it’s $155. An additional warranty fee is added. Warranty fee? The techs boss sent me the recording of us setting up the appointment conversation and there was still nothing stating additional fees but said he would reduce the charge in half for me. Poor business practices.

Hoff Heating & AC did a great job. Our installers, Kevin and Rodney, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The job was done on time, and they cleaned up when the job was done. Great work! Thanks!
