Hoff Heating & AC

We bought our HVAC unit from Hoff and have continued to use them after the manufacturer's warranty expired, and we have always been happy with their service. Sean K came out to check our system for winter maintenance and to check our humidifier, and everything went very well. He's a very nice person who was respectful of our house and had us set in about 30 minutes. Appointment scheduling, even for routine maintenance, was fast, as we were seen in less than a week.

I had a great experience. The service tech explained everything very thoroughly, was on time, courteous, and professional. Got my system up and running fast!

We are Hoff customer, they did the original install a few years ago and it has been worry free. I was doing some DIY electrical work recently and disconnected the AC in error. They quickly responded saw my mistake and corrected the problem in no time.

Called them on a Friday because our furnace had stopped pushing heat through and was running cold. They were able to come out the same day but I wasn’t available so they came out Saturday morning instead. The service tech ran a fall maintenance check on the unit (which was recommended since we were overdue for it) and was able to quickly find the issue and fix it for us. We will definitely be calling them in the future with any other issues that arise.

We have been very pleased with their service. We purchased our air conditioner furnace water heater humidifier from them. We also have them service twice a year for us and we've been very pleased!

Perfect timing and great service… price was outrageous for a $25.00 part charged $337.00. Even if Labor was $200 per hour it took them 15 mi . And they were already In St. Peter’s so no extra driving time… not happy with Charging prices at all. 😳

Rudy was a really nice and professional guy. He communicated on his way and walked me through his plan to replace our dehumidifier. They were also quick to get a replacement in and scheduled an appointment within a week.
