Hoff heating is a very good company and Art Wilke is the best to work with.

Bill fixed our problem (dirty flame sensor) and had the heat working properly again very quickly. Appreciated his professionalism and efficiency.

Under-promise and over-deliver! Hoff and Hoff came out first thing on a Monday morning, diagnosed my issue quickly, and gave me two options to remedy it. I opted to replace my outdoor unit to provide a more robust fix, albeit at a higher cost. They quoted me a Wednesday install, two days later; this would have been fine. They called back midday that same Monday and said they could make it that afternoon. By 5PM, my upstairs cooling was back in business so my family could sleep comfortably in their rooms. Thank you so much Hoff and Hoff for the zippy service and friendly techs.

They were able to get to troubleshooting the problem and quickly found the root cause of the issue. There was a temporary fix put in place until the parts came in and a final repair scheduled. There was open communication about the issue and the fix. I am glad to have Hof servicing my AC and furnace!

The technician was honest and told me my issues were caused by a recent repair from the same company. Now that isn’t something that happens often ( if ever). I was not charged for the trip or the service. I have been using Hoff for about 10 years and they are always honest, reasonably priced and responsive.
