Hoff Heating & AC

David our tech was awesome. They came out after another company had came out 3 times to try and repair our system. They called and texted when they were on there way. They showed up approx 15 min after text they were supposed to come between noon and 4 they were at our home at 12:15. He asked what was happening. Explained what he was doing and why, then let me know the cost before doing any work.

First ac company that let us know what was going on. I had told the scheduler when I scheduled the appointment that I thought we needed a new ac since other company couldn’t get the ac fixed. She stated let’s have tech look at first before having sales call you in case we can fix. In 5 minutes of explaining what was needed he said there is no reason for a new ac and said everything else looked good. Beside what needed to be repaired.

It was amazing that most companies would have probably just tried to sell a new machine, he wanted to see if it could be fixed and save us spending money on new ac when everything else with our system was fine. Amazing to finally find a service rep and company with integrity. We will be letting our home owners association and friends know how impressed and appreciative we were with this company. My only regret was now calling sooner now that fall is almost here. I can assure you they earned an advocate and client for a very long time.

Everyone is professional and friendly! Larry is fabulous and does a great job. He cares about quality. I highly recommend this company. We also were so impressed we signed up for their Gold annual program.

Tech was on time, checked out our blower problem, located and picked up the replacement motor and installed. He was very nice and professional

Bill was courteous and professional. He answered all my questions in a trusting manner.

Hoff was able to have a technician at my house to diagnose the issue with my A/C unit the next morning after scheduling an appointment. They were able to second a second technician later that same day with replacement parts covered under warranty and repair was completed by early afternoon. Very quick, very professional, and very communicative.

Sean did thorough job of identifying intermittent problem. He was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous to boot. Good guy, good company, quick response to call.

Our air went off on a hot Friday night, called Hoff on Saturday morning and a technician was here within hours to make the repair. He went out if his way to find us a fan motor quickly. So impressed with Tim who was efficient, professional and timely. Tim went above and beyond. I have great confidence in Hoff and their knowledgeable employees. Best of all a great fair price. I can't say enough!
