Of course, A/C stopped working on Friday night of holiday weekend. Called Hoff Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised when call answered by a person! They were able to get someone out that day -- in fact, much sooner than expected. Larry was polite and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and took care of problem.

Great experience with our technician Jim. Received communication promptly and text alerting arrival. Jim was polite and professional and willing to answer all my questions. Service was fast and completed quickly with no issues.

AC wasn’t cooling on a Sunday. Left message and they called within 2 hours . Technician came at 7:15 Monday morning and put in new compressor in outside unit. Cool house! Great company and technicians! Have used them for 15 years! Art was my tech guy! Did a great and fast job! Thanks!

Excellent service. My furnace went out last night. I called them today and Jim came and took care of my furnace this afternoon. I was very grateful to have same day service in this cold weather. Jim was very pleasant and professional. He saved me money by having me purchase their annual maintenance which covers both the furnace and air conditioner. The front office person was also very pleasant and professional. She texted and called me to let me know when Jim was on his way. I highly recommend Jim and Hoff Heating and Cooling.
