Summit Heating and Cooling

Appeared at our residence in a timely manner and repaired a fairly difficult issue in our heating system. Will gladly use them again.

Summit Heating & Cooling technicians Jesus and Yino installed a new Lennox furnace to replace one of our two existing furnaces. I thought they were very professional and did quality work. I was pleased with the modifications they made to the old system layout to make it more efficient and easier to maintain. On a Wednesday morning, Summit Heating technician Ethan had diagnosed why one of my furnaces was not working properly and needed major repair or replacement; by the end of the next day, the Summit techs had a new Lennox furnace installed and heating our home. I was very impressed with the work and with Summit's ability to get the job completed in a short period of time.

Summit Heating and Cooling was professional, personable, informative and prompt to respond. We were very pleased from the moment we made our after hours emergency phone call regarding our broken furnace to the complete installation of our new HVAC system. This is a local Kansas City family owned company that treats their employees like family and they in turn treat their customers the same. The employees that we worked with included Gabrielle, Brent #1, Bryan, Mike, Brent #2 and V. We highly recommend this "family" for your HVAC needs.

Summit Heating and Cooling was great to work with, from the beginning of the process when Mike (the Comfort Advisor) came out to assess my existing set-up and then created a detailed offering of 3 different configurations (good, better, best). He showed up on time and Summit has a cool feature where they will text you when the tech is on their way.

Installation was able to follow quickly (a few days later), and Nick, Caleb and Preston did a great job whilst working at my house - they were very respectful of my property and did a very thorough job. At the end of installation, Nick walked me through everything they did and answered any follow-up questions I had. The following day another tech (Justin) stopped by and double-checked their work, looked for anything that was missed, and answered any other questions I could think up.

All in all a great experience, and we love the new system. Thanks a bunch!

My AC kept freezing up and with in a couple of our a technician was out to fix the problem. Lane was super prompt, professional and informative. He walked me through the entire process. As a single mom I was curious what he was doing since this isn’t my wheelhouse. He was kind enough to take the time to explain exactly what I need to do to gain maximum efficiency from my unit. He also explained in detail the readings he found and we came up with a solution. He told me Summits clients are family and once he left I told him he was in my pocket from now on! Highly recommend using them and ask for Lane! You won’t be disappointed.

Had an unfortunate issue with our furnace. Summit Heating and Cooling sent Seth to evaluate the situation. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and the service/repair was prompt. Highly recommend!

Heat went out on one of our many KC cold winter days. Summit was able to come out same day and fix the issue, even submitted the warranty claim on the bad part for me. Great service!

Summit came by and fully replaced my A/C and heating unit. Tristan and Yino were awesome guys. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and made it an ease. When they left it was like no one had even been here and we magically had a new furnace that worked perfectly.
