Summit Heating and Cooling

Called Summit Heating and Cooling to do standard maintenance agreement. I can't say enough good things about Pressley. He was on time, great communication and explained everything he did and what might be things to be concerned about in the future. Didn't try to sell me like a used car salesman on items he knew we wouldn't need. I would recommend to all my friends and family!

Service and sales staff were excellent, and I feel like I received great value for my money. They were professional, clean and extremely friendly. Corky was a delight to work with.

I would first like to say thank you to the owner Brendan who went out of his way to give an old employee such an amazing deal. I am so grateful for your understanding and support and generosity !! I would like to thank Seth, their tech who was open and honest with me and spent such a long time explaining everything to me. Then, the Comfort Advisor , Mike Barker for his patience and understanding and shoulder (I cried on the poor guy & Seth too!) for his honesty and explaining and trying to get me the best and most affordable deal ASAP!
I was home alone with my 6 year old and my heater wasn’t working. He has strep, I had a cold, husband out of town, snow on the way and Summit stepped up and stepped in to help us! I am forever grateful . The team of guys who came, Michael and V who I know and love, and Austin were just amazing. I felt so bad because they had to drain n move my hot water heater over n then remove my entire furnace & AC and install a new unit only moved over a few feet! The people who owned the house had it totally not to code and inaccessible. These guys looked at me and were like, no biggie Mo, this nothing, we do this all the time. This isn’t hard at all compared to some attic jobs we have had to do! I told them ANYTHING they wanted to eat or drink I would buy or cook - anything they need - do not hesitate!!! These guys were just so quiet and so efficient n so friendly n fun n we’re there from 9:20 am until about 5:30pm and like never wanted anything!!! V actually let me make him coffee! They never took breaks or lunch n with in no time they had moved the hot water heater!! I was stunned how fast! Then by like 3:30 they came up to program my thermostat and by 4:00 they were testing the unit and the 5pm my comfort advisor stopped by to check the work!! His jaw dropped as mine did. Michael the installer and V constantly were explaining everything n asking if I had any questions. I mean this was just absolutely a gorgejob and they were so neat and just so enjoyable, I didn’t want them to leave! I can’t thank this crew enough!! Best ever!! Love you guys!! If you choose ANYONE else but Summit for your heating or cooling or hot water heater installation, you are making a HUGE mistake!! Please call them, you will be so happy and so satisfied!! Trust me, I worked for them and now I am a customer of theirs and I am so very lucky and honored to call this company family!! Be a part of this family, you will never be sorry!!!!

Lane Goucher from Summit Heating and Cooling performed routine maintenance today with courtesy, professionalism, and expertise. We’ve had our replacement heating and cooling system for about a year, and Summit has been with us every step of the way - from selecting the proper system to export installation to service after the sale. Lane alerted me to the additional products available for our system, but was only helpful and never pushy. All in all, it was a wonderful service visit. 👍🏼👍🏼

Within 24 hours of our call, we had Brent and Tristan on site with a new AC unit. They were quick and efficient in their work. After they were finished, they clearly explained the new thermostat features, what changes they made to our furnace, how to change the filter on the furnace and answered all of our questions!

Omgosh….just had my Summit hvac systems installed yesterday and honestly we slept better last night than we have for a long time. No stuffy nose or dry cough. Even helped my husband’s snoring. The installation was quick, courteous and professional. On top of that, it was a very good buy. We are on our late 70’s and the technicians made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. Even set up my iPhone to be able to adjust the system when away. We are very pleased with Summit’s excellent service.

Lane at Summit is the MAN! He works on several of my commercial properties and is always responsive communicates what needs to be fixed and gets the job done as quickly as possible and great with my tenants. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Highly reccommend!

Second Contact- yesterday Summit Heating and Cooling came to do my AC spring check up that they promised in December. Once again, I am impressed! This organization does what they promise, they show up on time and have some of the best associates on the planet. Jose V came to do the work and this is a guy I would hire. Very customer centric, qualified and someone you can trust. Did a great job, answered all my questions and provided tips to help ensure the unit will last for many years. I could not be more pleased with Summit Heating and Cooling so far.

Hired Summit to install our new HVAC system, choose this group over four other bids, not based on cost. Their pricing was fair and I felt it was very competitive. From the first phone call to meeting Victor for the sales piece, to the completion of the install, I could not have been more pleased. The install crew, Michael, Terry and Yino were awesome. They were on time and went to work immediately. These are three guys you will never have an issue with in your home. Very respectful, courteous and thorough. I would have no issues recommending this team if you need a complete install. Great work and good people!
