Excellent people, excellent service, and excellent work. We are very impressed with the work Summit Heating and Cooling did for us. Our system was a full installation in an older home with new ductwork and we couldn’t be happier. Every person from Summit was kind, professional, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The price was right and the system is perfect. We highly recommend our Consultant Mike and our team of experienced installers Terry, Michael, and Brent and Summit Heating and Cooling.

SH&C service people are great. Maintenance in past also great. I made the mistake of purchasing the Lenox whole house Hepa filter system. It sucks!!! We see more dust, black dust now, than even before we had the duct works cleaned. More coughs & sneezes too. Plan to contact Lenox after medical problems of wife resolved. Thanks.

From our first interactions with Summit, i.e., their representative assessing our needs, to the quote he gave us to the crew involved with the boiler replacement, to the installation itself and the final clean-up afterwards, we were (and are) very pleased. Both my wife and I recommend this company highly. First rate in every respect.

Had home HVAC system installed from a 4 ton system to a 5 ton system. My old unit could not push to upstairs but new one can. They were able to make my booster fan work with variable speed blower unit, without it air movement was marginal. They installed in a timely manner and their prices were fair. Also easy to work with and answered all my questions.

They replaced my old furnace with a new one. They were on time, on budget and did a professional job. Brent and Jesus were my installers and they were outstanding. I highly recommend this company. Excellent work ethic. Good follow through.

Summit Heating and Cooling is our trusted provider of new a/c and heating appliances as well as our trusted service provider for the furnaces, a/c units and humidifiers, ductwork. After almost forty years of marriage and different houses, we feel qualified to compare their work and comment.

I was charged $100 for electrical work that never took place and $100 for a diagnosis. The contractor then charged my $1,000 to replace a relay he had previously charged the $100 for and nothing could be credited. I do not know the cost of the part but it took him less than an hour to install it. I regret agreeing to it and paying for it but I had been without ac for a week. It is my fault but these technicians will price gouge you. Beware

Review from April 2023: This week, the motor that operated the fan to move air (hot or cold) throughout our home suddenly died. We called Summit Heating and Cooling, and they sent Ethan out for an estimate same-day. Then the next day, Summit ensured they could get someone to our home to install the new motor. On an 81F day, Luis worked to 7PM to ensure our system was fully functional. Four hours later, our home was already 10 degrees cooler and on its way to "normal" air conditioned temperatures. Thank you, Ethan, Luis, and Summit H&C for bringing us quality of service, dependable communications, and excellence in all aspects of our relationship with you. Five star encounter again!

Had a furnace issue and needed prompt action. Their schedule was full, but were able to respond when an unexpected cancelation occurred. Good people to work with.

As a General Contractor in Florida, I have many years of experience with subcontractors. The Summit team has proven to be one of the most professional. My hvac stopped working. I called the office and spoke to Devon who was not only polite but reacted quickly to my emergency. That same day Mike came out to review my situation. He got me a quote the same day and even called me from home that night when he had a cancelation for the next morning. Yoni and Brent showed up as scheduled, worked the entire day to replace my system and were very professional and friendly to interact with. Thank all of the Summit family for your service.
