Fantastic service. Air conditioning went out on the hottest day in summer. Dylan at Summit Heating and Cooling came over before the designated time slot and was able to diagnose the issue and get my system up and running quickly. He knows his stuff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

3 years using Summit at home. They installed my new furnace, A/C, and smart thermostat after I compared against several good alternatives in the area. They primarily install high quality Lennox systems and are certified for keeping those warranties, but they can work on any common manufacturer. I picked the high efficiency options but they offer the whole range.

They did a good job with the install and then came back several times free of charge to get it fine-tuned. When a thermostat design caused issues, they got it replaced and running perfectly with an improved model and added a duct sensor to improve dehumidification performance, all free of charge. Their annual maintenance plan seems a good value, especially if you get a system installed by them. Luis Zelaya and team have been very helpful making sure my HVAC runs perfectly.

Had two estimates on furnace repair before Christmas. The first company suggested I get a new furnace immediately and that the prices would go way up after the new year. Summit was great. They did a problem fix with a new part and came back in the spring to check on the AC. They are honest and reasonable.

Our 20 year old worn-out a/c breathed it’s last breath on Tuesday afternoon. I called the same Summit that rescued me a couple years ago on our upstairs unit and by that evening Mike had assessed and offered options including financing which was a breeze. We said go and by Thursday at 3, two gentlemen, Jesus and Yino had completed the replacement and explained options to pair the compressor properly to the slightly older furnace. That was especially helpful since the older furnace wasn’t new enough to take advantage of some of the features available with newer a/c units. But they made it work and did a very high quality job with installation. They didn’t leave until all my questions were answered and I fully understood how it would work different than my previous setup. I really appreciated their work and attention to every detail. 2 years now with Summit and they’ve easily earned 5 stars and my continuing business as they’ve performed equally well with the regular maintenance.

I recommend this company. My technician was on time , very knowledgeable and fixed my issue on my central heating. He even took time to talk with us. He even came at night to fix it. They are exceptional! Summit Heating and Cooling!

Their technician was right on schedule and even got here earlier than what was scheduled! He knew immediately why my AC unit was building up ice and resolved the issue very quickly. Very friendly guy. I’ll definitely be using Summit again if ever needed.

We have been using Summit for several years out of their NKC branch and have always been happy with their services. Our service techs today cam from their Overland Park branch and delivered the same great service that we have come to expect from the company. They were professional, courteous, called a bit before their arrival to let us know they were going to be a little bit early. They took the time to explain general maintenance we can complete on our own to keep our system running well throughout the year and installed a filter that we had on hand. They didn't pressure us to purchase anything that they recommended through the visit but did offer several things we could upgrade for just in case situations. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance or full installs.
