this company installed a new HVAC system 17 months 19 days ago. the heat pump stopped working so I called a company to come out and diagnose the unit. It turns out the compressor is bad which is a major component. the Lennox system is under warranty but not the labor. so when I called to see what they could do for me, since the unit is newer they basically said nothing. Just a warning if you go with this company don't expect them to (DWR) Do what's right.

I just had a new complete air conditioning unit installed on my commercial building and these guys did a fantastic job. They showed up quickly and on time for my quote. They came out a couple days later and did a great job within the time frame promised. The crew was very personable and professional. Aaron the salesman was knowledgeable and gave options instead of trying to sell the most expensive thing. He even followed up to make sure everything went well and even offered to come back out to help set up our timers. Great company, Great people and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Old post: My water park dehumidifier broken down and would not heat the pool room. I talked to Mike the service manager and he sent a technician out to fix the problem on a snowy/rainy cold day. The technician took charge of the situation and promised me to get the unit working. And he did. The weather was terrible but the technician worked outside in the cold weather to get that fixed. What more do I need to say. I am sticking with this company.
