The Technicians from Summit are very knowledgeable and always give us options. They have always been extremely punctual and never pushy going about their job. They have never tried to upsell me on anything, in fact they have encouraged us to hold off a little longer in several cases. That's something you just don't hear from someone in this business anytime. We feel we can trust the company because of the people they have in the field representing it. We are very satisfied with our relationship with Summit which is the reason we continue to renew our annual maintenance contract year after year. i don't have to worry, i know they will be calling to schedule the maintenance on my system including a new filter each time.

Corky Williams was amazing to work with. Just when I thought hope was lost, he pulled it out. Installing in less than 24 hours and life can get back to normal. GREAT!

I've been using Summit for a few years now. I've dealt with Mike, Seth, Justin, Jesus and Yino recently. Every person was professional, on time, and explained everything. Jesus and Yino installed a furnace for us, gave me a little tutorial on my new thermostat and cleaned up everything. I would recommend Summit.

Kudos to Presley, HVAC Technician for Summit Heating and Cooling. Neighbor with special needs had a problem with her AC and needed it fixed ASAP due to her heat intolerance. Presley quickly arrived and diagnosed the problem and was very professional and patient with the home owner. The problem was fixed for a very fair price. I know who I'm calling for my own AC if problems arise. Thanks Presley.

Tristan and his crew are awesome!! Yino, Iowa, and Coryer I believe and hope I spelled it right. The system looks and works amazing!!! I am older than all of them and they treated me and my home with so much respect and Tristan promised he would be complete with everything by 4pm I look at the time and long and behold he was done by 4pm!! They left and said that Luis which is a very informative technician answered all my questions and was very patient. My thermostat would've been very difficult for me to download the app and connect it to the thermostat but Luis was very patient and wore his mask and booties like all of them did which I was impressed since I'm a retired nurse. Now I am very comfortable 74 degrees now than my last system due to Luis setting me up with dehumidification!!! We achieved 74 degrees and 45% humidity.Thank you all from Summit Heating and Cooling and I highly recommend them to everyone!! They are a godsend!

My heater went out on Thursday and they were out the next morning. This was my first time using Summit. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing heating/cooling help. My tech Lane was outstanding he explained everything to me of what was going on. Very professional and respectful! We definitely will ask for him next time!

We had an unexpected early freeze in Oct. My parent's heater would not come on even though the pilot light was on. I called Summit Heating and Cooling, and they were booked. The person I spoke to on the phone was very understanding and helpful. I told them my dad had a stroke the year before and I was afraid the pipes may freeze up at their mobile home. She booked an appointment for the next day. The technician Lane showed up on time and was very professional. Had the issue fixed within minutes and stayed for 30 minutes to make sure everything was in working order. Highly recommend this company. I like the fact they are family owned as well. Very reasonably priced as well.
