The Plumber Jeff did a great job diagnosing the problem of the leaky drain pipe. Then he installed the pipe efficiently after giving us a fair and accurate quote. He made the piping look great and even swept up the mess on the floor and in our garage. Jeff was courteous and kind as well.

Professional and provided help immediately. They fixed what another company deemed a big problem with a smarter and more realistic approach. I’m so glad I called and used Quality Plumbing. They send messages of who your plumber will be and provided trustworthy service.

Quality Plumbing was great to work with, they are very responsive and came out to fix our leak as soon as they could. Curtis made sure the pipe was repaired and there were no more leaks before he left. I would definitely call them for any future problems!

The flange and wax ring was rotted on my 86 year old Moms main floor toilet. She decided to purchase new toilet since work was needed anyway. I called Quality Plumbing around 3pm and they came out a few hours later. I was so impressed and when plumber Clayton arrived, even more impressed. Very nice young man, did work as promised at a very reasonable price.

I had a plumbing issue late in the evening: a problem with a bath tub dumped water through a light fixture below. I made an appointment for a plumber online for the next day, and got a call around 7:30 the next morning confirming service. Luke came out shortly after that and did a great job diagnosing the problem, fixing it, assessing the damage, and talking me through the process; very professional throughout. The price was right in line with what I expect for a plumber, and thankfully our problem was an easy fix. I was very happy with the service and the turnaround time, and I won't hesitate to use Quality Plumbing again in the future.

Eric Frazee has been here several times along with two other plumbers to help our business and he has been such a pleasure to do business with. He is very professional, prompt, courteous and does a terrific job! I would definitely recommend him over anyone else! Thank you Eric!

This was the first time calling QP. My call was answered after hours, and a technician was dispatched who arrived within the hour from my call. I received a text message with a picture of the technician that was going to arrive. (Loved that part) Patrick was very professional and courteous and got my house back into working order. The fees were reasonable for the after-hours call. I will be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs. Thank you, Adam and Patrick you gentlemen were great.

Curtis was on time, professional, and very attentive to the smallest detail. The work was completed faster than I thought it would be. When he was done everything was cleaned up and he made sure I was satisfied with everything. You don’t find people committed to customer service the way Curtis and Quality Plumbing are. Also, the price was fair and they came in under the quoted price.
