Brian showed up to install a toilet and gave great advice to a sewer smell we had occasionally. He was professionally and very knowledgeable. The toilet looked nice and left no mess which does not happen all the time. I would definitely use this company again.

Josh did an excellent job laying a natural gas pipeline for our fireplace. He was punctual, well mannered, did quality work, answered my questions, and was very innovative. He had to improvise on the spot on a couple of occasions, to minimize any possible structural follow-up work and to minimize time on the job. When the job was over, he reduced the estimated cost, since he did not work as many hours as had been included in the estimate. The entire Quality team was impressive on this job, including the dispatching and scheduling done by Michael and Andrew. I will continue to use Quality Plumbing for our plumbing needs, and have now decided to switch our HVAC work to Quality Mechanical.

Another factor I liked was that the price for this job was about 33% less than another plumbing company we had been using had estimated. I also like the fact that Quality’s plumbing charge is based on a rate per hour times the number of hours worked (plus of course materials). Quality does not use standard pricing that just about all competing plumbing companies use.

Wonderful technician. Did everything that we needed. Put in two gas lines, fixed vent on water heater, capped off unused bar sink, added water pressure valve and clean up all the trash.

We've used Quality Plumbing on a couple occasions. George helped us with a sewer issue 18 months ago. Today, Mic helped us with our bathroom remodel. He was friendly and fixed our problems quickly.

Jacob performed a high quality job. He was very careful when transporting supplies and tools in and out and left the area clean. Thanks for a great professional job!

Andy Patton was professional,,, insightful, and communicated well! We will have Quality Plumbing back to assist in bathroom plumbing in prep for our bathroom remodeling. We had standing water all over the place and so we called quality plumbing within an hour to an hour and a half someone was dispatched they arrived in a timely manner and restored confidence. I would highly recommend Quality Plumbing.

James did great work. I was able to text him pics of the issue and he picked up the anticipated faulty part prior to coming to the house. Repair done expeditiously and he explained everything he did and the reasons behind the work. He also provided education on preventive maintenance on the unit. I’d definitely use the same company and James again for future maintenance and repairs.

Hands down one of the best companies I've hired in an emergent situation. They were responsive, helpful, great at troubleshooting, and educated on the best way to fix my issue for a long term solution. I've already told friends how great it was to hire a company with nice employees who know what they're doing and make it happen quickly at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use the guys at QP again.
