I reached this company completely by accident and was extremely dissatisfied
with the service. The plumber was to replace the garage disposal and unclog the upstairs vanity. The garage disposal was not replaced simply cleaned because as he stated was "gunked up". The upstairs vanity still has water standing in it 24 hours later. Before I called it was draining slowly. Now I have to pay somebody else to come out and do the job the right way

I called Quality Plumbing on Saturday, and they were very quick in responding and scheduling the job. They did the job quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price!! Their service guy, Jacob Brown, provided an amazing service!! I will definitely use this company again in the future!!

Plumber installed a new faucet and the handle was not put on tight. It also started to leak and he came back to fix it and $500 later it was fixed. One the first service call he said we needed new shut off valves and too forever to come back while Home Depot was minutes away. Not happy with the service and total cost of a leaking faucet replacement cost me $850. Will not recommend and will put my experience in our neighborhood news letter. Disappointed.

We had Luke out because our water pressure was too high. He relieved all my anxiety getting it resolved! Plus he was able to quickly repair some toilet issues and our shower pressure. Will have him out back for other problems! Very knowledgeable.

Jacob was timely and provided good communication regarding the problem and service provided to alleviate the issue. He took before and after pictures, as well.

Luke Wiglesworth was AWESOME! He quickly identified the source of my scary, basement leak and then solved the problem promptly. He talked me through what to do for another issue in the short term and then what he would ultimately recommend for a permanent fix. I enjoyed his banter and professionalism and would highly recommend him for any home maintenance job. I will 100% be calling him & Quality Plumbing for any future work!

Don't be fooled by plumbing clown trucks with the owner plastered on the side of them. They're funny yes, but not at all good at what they do and love to try to sell you things you don't need.

Go with a company, LIKE THIS ONE, that knows what their doing and will always be there when you need them, doing exactly what you need done.

I have a home warranty service which I have had 3 appointments with, paid $360 to, and still did not have answers or clear pipes.. I contacted Quality Plumbing explained I had a sewer back up and clogged pipes. I asked them to come out and clear the blockage and then scope my entire plumbing system. I knew I was having issues, I just didn’t know where or what. I called on Tuesday morning due to Monday being a holiday and they had a plumber at my house on Wednesday morning by the name of JP.. One of the coolest things is they sent a picture of JP so I knew who would be knocking on my door.

JP arrived on time, answered my questions ( there were a lot of them) and not only explained things so I could understand them, he showed me so I knew exactly the problem and what was going on and what needed to happen to correct it. He gave me his recommendation of what should be done as well as options to be mindful of the cost involved ( that too was a new experience ). JP spent 3 days at my house working on three areas. Day 2 he had an apprentice with him, Clayton and day 3 he had Tait with him. Each day I received a text who would be showing up at my front door, I super appreciated that. I also appreciated JP was the constant contact, he started the job and he finished the job. That has not always been the case with other companies I have worked with. JP, Clayton and Tait were kind, professional, respectful and communicated well; and not only listened to me, but heard what I was saying, that’s huge, especially when you’re talking to men, :0)

I cannot thank these three men enough. Y’all are pretty alright in my book and I will definitely be a return customer as well as spread the word about the comprehensive and thorough work you do.
