What they mean is they can only sell to contractors (presumably at reduced cost).

6/11/2018 - Not sure how to rate this review. This business is not open to the public as others have noted and that I somehow overlooked. I ended up buying a $16 capacitor for my a/c unit from a contractor who was inside the store at the time. Had he not been there, I would have walked away with nothing but a wasted 40 minute round trip and would still be waiting on a $100+ service bill in 96 degree weather. He is the real hero.

David is the manager there and he is awsome, finds what you need really fast and gets you on the road to work. Oh and travis and jesus are cool too!!

Not open to the public even for a simple non EPA regulated part
