Summit Heating and Cooling

We had two furnaces and one air conditioner replaced. The furnace I put in was too small and they did come out and replace the furnace after weeks of arguments with the company. That has been almost 4 years ago. They said they would come out and do two inspections on each system here we are four years later, and I still have not come out and then the inspections on the furnaces. They want me to pay for the inspections? I did not finance. I paid him cash and it has been very very hard to get them to return to do the inspections. Now I have another AC unit that has gone out and I definitely will not use Summit Heating And Cooling to repair the system. A very unsatisfied customer start to finish.

Great service- and that’s not just lip service. Summit installed a new floor furnace in my home- which was my only option for heat since I have an old house without existing ductwork. From helping me choose a safe and reliable replacement unit to installation, they were very knowledgeable and professional with the process, which helped put my mind at ease.

Would recommend this company to everyone. AC went out on 4th of July. Justin was out within a few hours. Super nice guy and very informative and you can tell he really likes his job and enjoys making the customer feel better about the situation. Definitely using them with all my HVAC needs

Very impressed with Summit! Cesar was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He came out to perform some routine A/C maintenance and he went above and beyond in examining the system down to every minute detail. He explained how the system worked and what he was doing, and he took detailed notes for future visits. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summit to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC company that seems to treat their employees well!

Had a great installation and service from Brent, V, and Cameron. They were on time and finished the job in a day and were very open to educating my wife and I on the system. Friendly and hard working- 5 star.

Great local business. Called for minisplit install in workshop area and they came in on lower end of price for same units as others. Install was quick in one afternoon and clean on our brick exterior and finished interior.

I had called around to several AC companies and one gave me the run around and the others were not able to do same day. I called Summit and the lady I spoke with was very polite and professional. She said a technician would be out between 2-4. The technicians that came out (Seth McClain and trainee) were fantastic. They showed up on time. They were very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Seth answered all my questions and didn’t treat me differently knowing I had no clue about AC stuff. I would definitely recommend using Summit.

On June 28th Dean arrived at my home to service my AC unit. He was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue advised me of the cost and timeframe to effect the repair. He was the epitome of great customer service.

The technician, Justin F., was very responsive and helpful! He helped me walk through a series of questions and steps that were very complex and come to a solution that was in the best interest of both myself and his company. They came within 1 business day of my request and I felt very taken care of throughout the interaction!

Technician Lane Goucher serviced me today and was great to be around. Friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, professional. After receiving unfortunate news regarding my system, he made sure to go above and beyond to make sure we were going to be as comfortable as possible while we wait on parts.
