2023 Update: Excellent service and can tell they really care.

2021: We had a few items that needed attention. The pre-appointment notice, call morning of and follow-up customer sat check were awesome. Clearly Full Nelson really cares. Justin was the master plumber and he is absolutely incredible. So kind, thoughtful and detailed. Explained every aspect and kept us updated. Kind of guy you'd trust your house keys with. The quality of work Justin provided caused me to get a few other things done. When you find a person who does quality work, you want to get everything done. I hope Justin reads this because I want him to know how much I appreciate the level of professionalism and explaining everything. I highly recommend Full Nelson Plumbing and HVAC!

We had some water back-up in our basement and gave Full Nelson a call. I thought it wasn't the sewer main giving us trouble but it was and because of that the cost rose significantly to run a snake. Unfortunately our lateral line to the main sewer line was collapsed so KC water got involved.

The plumber from Full Nelson, Mathew, was friendly, knowledgeable and was great overall.

Full Nelson's services are on the pricey side but they got out to us fast.

I'm a loyal Full Nelson customer. We've lived in our 1970s-built home for more than a decade and have had a few plumbing issues arise in that time. I've consistently used Full Nelson after a glowing recommendation from a friend and have never regretted the decision. Their staff are professional and friendly. Their prices are reasonable and fair. And the quality of their work is exceptional.

I had heard of Full Nelson from billboards and saw them recommended online. They were easy to schedule and explained the payment process to front. My serviceman, Robb, was very professional and helpful. He explained exactly what was happening and have options. While he was servicing I discovered I needed gas pipe installed so he rearranged his schedule with the office and stayed to install this pipe so I could get my gas stove working. I did invest in their total care program and believe it’ll be worth it! 10% discount and they do preventative maintenance checks on everything. As a new homeowner, I’m glad to have their service.

I called on Monday 09/27/22 and was able to have someone out the Same Day. Mathew was great and I really enjoyed talking with him. Turns out that my 'clog' in my sewer drain was actually a clay pipe that completely collapsed and need full replacement. Mathew gave me a Quote for the Repair and was actually able to get us 'flowing' for the most part until the Team could come out and do the Repair.

I will never use another Service Company. I trust their judgement and the Services that they provide.

Sewer Drain Line Replacement

The tech who came to help us was Andrew. He was knowledgeable, confident, and quick. He did a great job and got our furnace back in business in no time.

Matt White was so personable. Even offered to bring me a soft drink from the QT. He called and came over early. Figured out the issue and fixed it right then. Even sold me an HVAC contract.
If I need another plumber sometime, send Matt

The company has excellent communication, called when they were on there way to my home ask if I needed or wanted anything from a local convenience store, showed up on time did the work efficiently and professionally!
