The floor drain in my garage that the AC unit drained into was clogged so I couldn’t run my AC in 90+ degree weather. Full Nelson was responsive and got James out to my house within a day and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. James was extremely professional and polite and made me aware of optional add ons to prevent the problem from happening in the future without being pushy at all. Would definitely recommend this company and especially James!

This service was timely and efficient. Our technician,David explained everything very well. He was polite and got things done quickly. The area was cleaned up before he left and he helped me attach my hose too. Would certainly recommend.

The work is fine, the repair guys were on time and professional and did a great job. I always get great service from Full Nelson. However the prices have skyrocketed. $400.00 to install a faucet in a kitchen when no new holes need to be drilled, no welding, nothing complicated? That's way too much. I will be looking for a new service provider and I hate that because we've been using Full Nelson for a great many years.

These guys are amazing! They were here early, worked hard and all day long. They had to remove the hot water heater to get to the furnace pull it out and replace the A-coil, replace the floor, put it all back plus replace the outside unit. It was a long hard day for them but through it all they joked and was beyond polite. Corky showed up with banana bread, that was amazing. Wes, Bo, and Dallan were working hard the moment they walked through the door. They even swept the floor before leaving. Full Nelson will be the only plumbing, heating and cooling company I'll use from now on. Great company and great guys!

My service tech, Cody, was extremely professional and did quick, great work on replacing our old water values with quarter turns in the bathroom (did 5, 4 under the sinks, and 1 to the toilet, in a little bit of an hour). Would highly recommend the service and peace of mind provided - it's very anxious when you can't turn your water off without shutting the whole house down, and the repairs here ensure I'll be able to do that going forward. My technician Cody was indeed was highly professional and fully knowledgeable in his trade, and I'm speaking objectively as a person having an education and some experience in the HVAC field.
