Full Nelson Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Cody and Brian came out to investigate a low pressure spigot on back of house. They were on time and knowledgeable and offered two different options for repair. Plumbing tends to be pricey and I felt these guys were fair. Would definitely use again.

My appt. was scheduled to meet my availability for next day service for a leaky pipe.
Matthew and Jesse were prompt with arrival, made a quick diagnosis and repair.

Called for them to look at the outside central air unit. Had an appointment within 24 hours and they showed up on time. Gentleman was very polite and knew what he was doing. I will use them again.

Rob was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough! In addition, he saved us over half what another company quoted, leaving no hesitation on who we would use. Full Nelson came highly recommended by our electricians for good reasons! We will be using them again very soon for other projects and highly recommended by us!

I am absolutely disgusted at the plumbing ‘inspection’ Full Nelson Services provided to me. As you can see below, they are not just overpriced, but encourage their employees to upsell things that are not necessary.

I am in their annual program in which once a year they provide each a plumbing, heating and cooling inspection. The only reason I signed up for this program was that the initial representative told me that flushing my tankless water heater would be included in the plumbing inspection, which it was not.
I went and got a second opinion from a plumber that I had used in the past, and here are the findings. My house is only 5 years old and Full Nelson’s total recommended cost was $8,404.46, much of which was irrelevant. That INCLUDES the 20% discount that I get for having the annual membership.

SUMP PUMP
Full Nelson: It is broken due to old age and corrosion. Cost for basic replacement and battery backup: $2,178.88
Second opinion: It is not broken, but could use to be replaced due to the poor installation. It needs to be set deeper to save the foundation and kick on sooner. It can last a bit longer, but you will need to watch it. Cost to dig out further, re-install and battery backup: $1,800

BATHROOM FAUCETS (2)
Full Nelson: They are getting old and corroded (these aren’t frequently used bathrooms), eventually they will stop turning for you. Cost for two faucets: $1,245.80
Second Opinion: There is nothing wrong with these faucets, they are too new to be replaced.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Full Nelson: I honestly just don’t like the brand you have, it won’t last long. Cost to replace: $769.88
Second opinion: There is nothing wrong with it, it isn’t the best brand, but when it goes out we replace it for a few hundred.

WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM
Full Nelson: High level of chlorine in water, recommend installing. Cost: $4,200
Second Opinion: These are definitely a luxury item but something that will extend the life of appliances, etc. It is recommended when it fits within your budget. Cost: $2,800

Very reliable, professional, and timely. I have used them before and I came back because of the initial good experience. The second service was just as satisfactory and consistent.

Great response time. Making appointments to get an estimate and having the work done on the following day was easy to set up. They gave an estimate for worst-case before they got into the foundation and the job was a lot easier and less expensive than expected.

Jesse did an outstanding job replacing some leaking shut off valves and replaced the external spigot to complete the job. Definitely recommend him and the company for your plumbing needs.

Ray came out to do a simple bath tub installation, which turned into a major undertaking with our needing new outside water lines and a variety of other things. Everyone that came out did a great job as quickly as they could.
