    UPDATE - had a HVAC specialist (Jeremy) perform an AC checkup. Arrived on time, professional and thorough. I highly recommend FN and Jeremy for HVAC issues.

    A/C issue on Saturday night. Called Sunday morning. The HVAC tech, Walt, called and was very responsive. He resolved my issue (capacitor) on outdoor unit. He explained what he did, answered questions I had and was very professional. I will definitely use Full Nelson again for my A/C and Furnace needs.

    Definitely going to keep using their service! Cody the professional and friendly technician that came to the house this morning. Willing to answer my questions if and when I had them. Answered the ones I had with no issues. Kept me well informed throughout the process. Went over several options with me about the service before he started. That way I knew what to expect. Price was great for the service! Had everything taken care of in about an hour and a half! Of course that timeframe could change with each individual service! Just for what he did for me I thought it was pretty quick! Highly recommended by me!! Thanks again!!!!

    After several years of giving my business to this company, I withdrew that business today. I've had a good experience with the sales team and with the technicians that came into my home. However, after being rudely screamed at by a customer service lady and then hung up on, I will not tolerate this behavior from any company that is willing to take my hard-earned dollars and loyalty for granted. I agreed to purchase a maintenance agreement for my air conditioners as well as for my two furnaces. I was a little disappointed when they could not schedule my A/C check-up until the end of June - after it had been running for six weeks. Three days before that service was to be done, I was called by this customer service woman who said they needed to "bump me" because they had to do an emergency install for someone else. Okay, I was willing for that until she then told me I would be bumped all the way to the middle of August! Huh? Apparently, this A/C check-up isn't that important if it doesn't even need to be done until the end of the season. I protested that this revised date was not acceptable. She became irate and then tried to make me feel bad about denying service to others. After screaming (literally) at me over the phone, she hung up when I tried to reply. I hope no one else has this experience....up until now, my experience had been satisfactory. True colors come out when under pressure, I guess.

    I am a first time homeowner and know absolutely nothing about home repair and maintenence. I turned on my A/C for the first time this year and noticed that the air was barely flowing. Walt and Cody were very kind and professional in explaining that the issue was as simple as a full air filter. They didn't make me feel stupid and were very understanding with me. They completed a diagnostic and ensured that everything was running as it should and were very informative in answering my questions. I am very pleased with the service provided today.

    I have a friend who owns his own plumbing business in south part of town and asked him for a recommendation for somebody that he would recommend in the northland. He said Full Nelson, so I gave them a call. Robb showed up during the agreed upon timeframe to fix a leaking cheap plastic hose running from a junky saddle valve on the cold line of hot water heater over to the humidifier on my heater. Robb replaced it with GOOD quality shutoffs that will last a lifetime and real copper line that is leak free and solid. That line he installed will outlive me. Bought this house 4 months ago and there are several plumbing issues that the previous homeowner did himself that I now need to have fixed. I'll be having Full Nelson back soon to start addressing these things.

    I've used them for a few years now. Very dependable, friendly. Walt came out the last time and was very knowledgeable and thoroughly cleaned my AC unit outside that others had never done. I'll definitely continue to use them!
