We are so happy to have chosen Superior Heating & Cooling. They were not the first company that we contacted but we never heard from them so I called Superior next & they answered immediately, took our information & gave us a time they’d be out. Chris Williams came out. He called before he got here. Which we appreciated. Chris was a great guy & very friendly & He did a good & through job at getting our Heat going again as well as cleaning out the blower & recommended a magnetic UV light to completely clean the mold & allergens & He gave us a pamphlet on Air Scubber by Aerus. I had spent a long time searching for what I needed on the web & never found what I was looking for. So the pamphlet was very helpful too. If in the future we need any help with Heating & Cooling we will call Superior again & we’ll request Chris again.

Tim came out and checked my AC unit. He was professional & explained everything in detail. Very nice person. Would recommend this service.

Patrick came out to diagnose a non-working AC unit for me. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Fixed my issues, would 100% use Superior for future HVAC issues!

Nick Hoffmeister was the service technician who came out to service my HVAC system. He called before he arrived and answered all my questions. He was friendly and was extra sweet towards my dogs. He wore booties over his shoes in order to keep my house clean. I really appreciated that.
