    My heater would not come on. So I called Superior and a rep came out. He eyeballed it, and said the drip pan was frozen, and he did NOT fix anything. I had another company come out, and they said the igniter needed to be replaced. The other company replaced it, and now it works!

    What made the matter WORSE, was that I told, at the very last minute, that this was considered double overtime, so I was charged $200 ... for nothing. The other company now has my business!

    I have a mixed review of Superior. The good - Tech came after hours and got our system up and running again shortly. The bad - the system was only one year old and still under warranty from Carrier. The tech assured me he'd file the warranty claim but to date I have not received any reimbursement for the part. I have since opened a case with Carrier to get to the bottom of it. Maybe it was a simple over-site but the response from Superior has been ignorance. I'm not sure you can be a Carrier dealer and then claim be ignorant about warranties and claims....if I am wrong, I will update this review and apologize. I have no problems eating my words. We'll see.

    I had an issue with an almost 10 year old Goodman Heat Pump. The company I purchased the unit from was not willing to fully cover the costs associated with replacing the damaged part (even though I had a 10 year parts and labor warranty). I called Superior Heating and Air for advice and a quote on a new system. Joey and his entire team were nice, honest, and professional. I ended up purchasing a new Carrier Heat Pump from them. It was installed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

    A/C wasn't operating and when I got home from work. Called Superior and left a message with the answering service around 7:30 pm. Technician called me back within 10-15 minutes. He showed up at my residence within 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem immediately. He repaired the problem and was gone by 9:00 pm. He was great!! Highly recommend Superior H&C. Very professional and they don't play games!!

    I wouldn't ever use anyone else!! They respond as soon as you call and Joey is amazing. He's fair and promp and a very nice guy. Prices are great too. If you have an emergency, he responds quickly and gets the problem solved. My hair conditioner quit working, well my unit quit blowing cold air and it was 90 degrees in the house and he came right over and fixed the problem. I would reccomend him to anyone who asks and I have used a couple of other companies and I will only use Superior now!!

    Our old HVAC man had retried and we were hesitant about using a new company. We had heard about Joey through a family member. We had a minor repair issue on an older Carrier unit. Samantha and Joey were phenomenal. They had our issue fixed same day . We've found our new HVAC company. They are responsive, on time, professional, cost efficient and very friendly. You don't find many businesses that take pride in checking ALL the boxes but these guys do

    5 years ago I called 2 other air conditioner companies to fix air, they came back with replace whole unit. I got Superior Heating and Air to come by and with in 20 minutes my air was on and has been working ever since,
    these people are great Honest People.

    EXCELLENT Company!!!! The owner (Joey) and his crew were very professional and great to work with. They TRULY exceeded our expectations and we are enjoying our New HVAC Unit and duct work. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company!!!!
