Superior is a great company. We have used them for about 15 years. They are reliable and reasonable. They perform bi-yearly service on HVAC system. Dave is our tech and he is excellent. He is professional, punctual and precise. Great experience for years with this company.

We had a new ac and furnace installed today.
The salesman (Lucas) was very professional and answered all of our questions.
The installers were on time and very professional also. They explained the whole system and cleaned up everything before they left.

Nick H. came out when our ac stopped working. He was out in the pouring rain figuring out exactly what all was going on with our system. He was very helpful and informative and explained what all was going on and why. When it came down to it we chose to get a new furnace instead of costly repairs on an old system and he was once again very helpful and informative, not pushy or trying to oversell.

Our install crew was great as well. Very pleased and would recommend.
