Superior Heating and Cooling technicians did an excellent job installing a new Bryant Air Conditioner and Bryant Furnace. We appreciated Josh Gutridge and the other two technicians explaining everything to us and answering any questions we had at any time the installations were being done! Fantastic experience start to finish. I’ve used them before for AC repair, and now that it was time to replace, they were the first company I called. Easy scheduling, easy quote with fair prices, on time for every appointment. Jesse Slecka and the guy who was with him explained things clearly, were professional and respectful of keeping floors clean, watching out for pets/doors, etc. I’ve used other companies for electric, plumbing before (mainly Academy) and the Superior Heating and Cooling experience was just that- superior. Highly recommend!

Chris W. was respectful and great. My A/C wasn't cooling the house and it wasn't anything obvious. Coolant levels were good and the entire A/C system was functioning normally. He did research on his personal time to diagnose the problem, and fixed it! This is going to save me over $100 per month on my electric bill!
Also, When I call Superior everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great appointment notification system as well. I chose to sign up for their Preventative maintenance program. All around great company!

Tim Miller did an amazing job fixing the blower motor on my furnace and now my ax is working great again. Time has amazing energy, I recommend this company to everyone! Hands down best service I’ve ever received. Thank you Tim and superior.

My air went out today and Superior was able to come a couple hours later and repair and restore air conditioning. I’m very impressed with getting device the same day and the repair so fast. Tim, my technician was very friendly and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone with heating and cooling issues. It’s not often you can call for a repair and get it the same day, including the needed parts!

Jesse,Jake and Will replaced my air-conditioning unit and did a fantastic job! All three were very professional and knowledgeable on every aspect of their work, I could ask them anything and they could answer without hesitation. They treated my wife and I with up most respect. Superior Heating and Cooling installed my furnace a few years ago and I was very pleased with the work, I new it was a no brainer to use them again. By having these 3 techs on there team makes them an even better Co.

Superior was amazing! I called at 8am on a Sunday (holiday weekend) and they had a technician to my home by 9:30am. Tim was amazing! Very quick. And knew his stuff! He explained everything that he was doing! I’m a single mom and do not know anything about this stuff. I will definitely use Superior for my future needs.

I had Chris W. out to replace my thermostat, he has extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He also checked my air conditioning system out and replaced a part to keep my ac going. Highly recommended

We had an issue with the AC unit on one of the hottest days of the season. Superior scheduled an appointment within a couple hours. Their technician (Patrick S) was on time, polite, and most-importantly proficient. We were up and running in short order. Highly recommend this team. THANKS!

We called Superior Heating and Cooling one morning because our air conditioner went out. They assigned Dave Essner to take care of our problem. Dave responded quickly to our call and let us know he was coming. He was friendly and professional and quickly found the problem. He was able to find the part we needed to fix the air condition and was able to get it in a couple of hours to fix it on this very hot day. We appreciate his excellent job.
