Highly recommend! Big Shout Out: Jason & Damon (our install team) were very knowledgeable/skilled, respectful, worked around some unanticipated challenges, and did a great job! We needed to replace two outdoor AC units and had to upgrade our interior furnace coils and refrigerant lines. (Our old systems were from the 1980s and still running great, but needed some repairs. We decided it was time to let them go.) Called 3 companies and Chowning came in with a competitive quote and a recommendation from a friend. They were able to give us the best deal on 17 seer systems which qualified us for rebates (other companies were only able to do 13 seer and no rebates). Communication and scheduling were great. The install team arrived promptly, assessed the work, and then worked hard all day to get the job done. Unanticipated challenges came up because the sales guy we worked with didn't handoff pictures and important details to the install team. Jason and Damon came up with onsite, quality solutions. The end result was top notch quality and work. We couldn't be more happy with Chowning, Jason & Damon, and our new AC units!

This company did great work and they were very professional! We had to have our entire system replaced and they did the whole job in less than 5 hours and it looks great!

After barely eight years my original A/C that was installed when I had my home built completely failed. My mantra is to get at least three bids/quotes. After four bids and evaluating the various A/C brands offered, Chowning Heating & Cooling was the best. After selecting Chowning Heating & Cooling they got right to work after ordering and receiving A/C & Coil. The installers arrived three minutes around of time and went right to work. Jason and Damon, Chowning Heating & Cooling Installers, were awesome. Their attention to detail was not missed on me. Jason & Damon took care both inside and outside of my home/property. Both men were meticulous! My home/property was left clean, and my A/C system is working great. I wished all contractors /trades provided the level of service and value pricing that I received from Chowning Heating & Cooling. I will be recommending Chowning Heating & Cooling services.

We had an issue with our AC unit and the response time was great. They were able to get everything fixed within the day I contacted them. Excellent service and very professional. I would/will recommend them to anyone having issues and will use them for anything that may arise in the future.

The company has keep our heating and AC systems working excellently the three years we have owned our home. The company is always responsive to our calls and does our service in a timely fashion. Every employee we have encountered has been very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with this company.

I had Justin come out and work on my HVAC. He was very helpful and great. He told me not to pay the invoice until we were sure it was working. When I contacted the company because my home reached 82 later in the day they didn’t offer any sort of assistance. I will most likely be working with another company. Justin was great, team just wasn’t much help.

Tim was hustling to diagnose and fix my issue. Something I loved seeing, since I was told there was additional cost after the first hour of the service call.

Had me up and running in no time. Hope all thier techs display the same integrity.

I had an issue with the zone dampers caused by previous owners "attempt" to make it work. They figured out the mess, gave an estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. They made the repairs and it works perfect now. Very professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Noticed that the AC had stopped working. Target temperature was set for 74 and noticed that the indoor temperature was showing 76°. Chowning was contacted and Stan, the service engineer arrived within 2 hours. Stan was very knowledgeable and after checking wiring and running a few diagnostic tests, determined that the problem was not the AC but the wifi-enabled thermostat. The thermostat was from a well-known manufacturer and less than a year and a half old. I had kept the old thermostat and Stan reinstalled the old thermostat and the AC is now running fine.
