Perry was awesome, I called him right at open at 8am and he answered immediately and I informed him I was having an issue with my heating inducer. He got me on the schedule same day, and even got me parts within my lunch hour, installed them in 15 minutes and had me up and running again. Hands down best service Iโ€™ve experienced from any company working on my house. I appreciate his immediate responsiveness and willingness to come out so soon. Highly recommend these guys!!

We bought our house August 2022. Superior installed our new furnace for the seller. When we tried to turn on our heater the furnace wasn't working correctly. We couldn't find any sticker with Superior's name anywhere on the furnace so we called hvac technician to come check out our furnace. Come to find out it was installed incorrectly 3 of the hoses were not in the proper sequence. The installation which includes electrical work was not inspected. After the hvac technician fixed the problem and called an electrician to get the work updated and inspected, we found out from our realtor that Superior was the installer. We called and the owner of Superior, Perry, said he'll reimburse us for the electrician and inspection fees but he never did. At first when we called Perry from Superior he said that he submitted the reimbursement to the secretary to cut the check. To this day, we have not received anything. We even reached out to the seller to ask Perry to pay us but still haven't received any reimbursement.

This person has poor value that he does not do as he said he would.

My heater was broke and pretty old. They came out within the hour and let me know what was wrong and quoted me a fair price to fix it on the spot since they had a fully stocked truck and it was fixed within 3 hours of me calling them initially. I was very pleased with there service, honesty and integrity. I would recommend them to everyone in Sioux Falls. They also offered me a quote to replace the system due to the age and cost of the repair and offered a payment plan through a few different lenders and if my credit was better I would have just got a whole new system, I feel like they have my back with heating and ac until I can save up for a new system. Very impressed and satisfied with Superior Heatings friendly, fast, affordable service. Thank you. ๐Ÿ˜

They had a great bid and the work seems pretty tidy. However, they installed the AC unit on the front of the house when it was supposed to be installed on the side, the thermostat inside the house was hung kinda crooked, and paying them has been a circus. I got their name through my property management company, but contracted with Superior directly. I called Superior four times and left voicemails asking for the invoice to pay them. They never called me back. I finally got a hold of them on the phone and they weren't able to find any information about my installation and said they would call back. No call back. Today, they called wanting to know why they haven't been paid. When I asked Superior to send me the invoice, they told me they sent it to the property management company and I have to go get it from them! Now, I called the property management company and they don't seem to have it either. I've never had to work so hard (or spend so much of my time) to give someone thousands of dollars.

I was having some issues with my AC this summer. They were able to come out the day after I called and they were even early to the appointment. The fix was really easy and quick but the tech gave me some advice and tips on my unit and answered a lot of my questions when he was done.
