Have used them in the past and just now again! Quick to come, replace, and install plumbing for a remodeled bathroom. They clean up well after their work is finished. Will continue to use them!

Impressed with the quick response and work Dave did. We had a water heater go out on a Friday afternoon, he came over replacing it and taking old one with him.
Replaced sewer line, all water lines, added a shower in basement updating the rental property. Cleaned up after himself very well. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use Service First Mechanical going forward.

Service First Mechanical has completed multiple jobs for me including replacing a water heater, replacing an outside water spigot, replacing a kitchen faucet and fixing a garbage disposal. Omigosh. Ian was just so professional and nice to work with. He found an easy fix to our new water softener that we missed! I would not hesitate to call Service First again!!!

One more thing! I called Frisbees. They wouldn’t look at a softener they didn’t install. Karl’s sold us the unit but wouldn’t repair it. Culligan was a two week wait. Service First very happily agreed to come out in just a couple of days. Perfect.

I could not have had a better experience. I was having issues installing the kitchen sink plumbing and garbage disposal. After dropping my son off at daycare. One of their employees in a silver Truck with company lettering all over nearly rear ended us.

They were easily doing 45 mph in 30 zone. After following us for 1/2 block they preceded to honk and glare at us as we must have been slowing them down.

Extremely unprofessional. Everyone has a bad day. But they should think twice how they act in public especially when representing their company work truck.
