First time using this company and they are awesome! Called with an AC problem and they provided same day service, showed up on time and were great to work with. The technician was friendly, clean and hard working. Based on this experience, we will use them as our HVAC service and share this positive experience. Thank you McGuire Heating and Cooling!

Can't say enough good things. Our heat went out late on a Friday afternoon when the temperatures were so low. Their service tech on call was already on a job that was going to take awhile. He was still willing to come at 10:30 pm. Had to change the thermostat. Stay till he was sure the house warmed up.

We had a pleasant experience with Henry and his team. they did a thorough evaluation (almost a day's worth) which yes was costly but instead of a small fix resulted in an entire replacement of our unit which was a second day. their testing was extremely thorough and I highly recommend them. We are waiting on a small last piece of the fix (drain pan replacement order which I believe Carlos will follow up with us on) but overall his entire team and all helped fix all our units!

Mark responded very quickly to my request and was able to come by and solve the problem right away. My AC had started blowing cool air and he helped me get the Nest re-adjusted and working again. I really appreciated him explaining the issue to me so I could better understand my Nest and troubleshoot in the future. Great communication! Would recommend!

I have been using this company for approximately 6 years or so. They installed my original HVAC unit and have maintained it since. The young men that have come to service the unit have all been exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. Finally, an HVAC company who is all the way around spot on in service and whom you can trust. I have used a lot of HVAC companies over the years, along with many other contractors and third party services due to major renovations. I can honestly say that McGuire is the most trustworthy person I have ever let into my home to date. He is dependable at all times and really takes the time to walk me through my options. McGuire is a rare find and I highly recommend his services to all my fellow citizens.

Heard good things about McGuire Heating and Cooling and thought I’d give them a try for a minor issue with my boiler. Called one day, they came out the next! Mark was on time, very courteous and professional. He fixed the problem for a fraction of what someone else had quoted - and showed me how I could fix a similar problem myself in the future. It was a very positive experience and that’s not something I can say very often after a service person of any sort leaves the house.

My water heater hasn't been working so great. So I called Joe. He came out ON-TIME within an hour of my call. He clearly explained to me why it was performing so poorly. He gave me multiple good solutions to choose from. The next day Joe and team came out and put in my new water heater. They are very clean about their work. It's always nice to deal with a professional and reliable contractor.

Had a summer service performed on out package unit. Felt that the tech did a marginal job of cleaning the coils. Contacted McGuire Heating and Cooling on their website. Johnson got right back with me. Sent someone out within a very short time. The second tech took the time to explain things and went to the trouble to really clean things to my satisfaction. Very pleased. This is the reason I do business with them. They do an excellent job.
