Austin was my guy to figure out what was going on with my air conditioning not working. It actually was my blower motor in the furnace which Austin tracked down. He was thorough and explained everything he had done. Unfortunately, because of the type of furnace I have, the part had to be ordered. He said it may be 2 days before the part would arrive, but it only took one. Austin came back to install it and he, again, explained all that was going to be done and approximately how long. When finished, he explained again what he did and told me to keep an eye on it to overnight to make sure it continued to operate properly. It was perfect! Thank you Austin and AAA should definitely be proud of how you conduct yourself with your customers. Also, you're definitely a keeper and deserve a bonus.
PS: I signed up for AAA'S service package which is very reasonable and will keep my furnace and a/c healthy with 2 checkups every year!

Top notch company! We have been very happy with all of the services - furnace and a/c maintenance, washer repair, stove repair, installation of new water heater, and new kitchen faucet!
