Apollo Heating & Cooling

Apollo installed a new unit 2 years ago. The air conditioner has never worked correctly. Apollo continously tried avoiding fixing the problems. I have since hired another contractor. The new contractor found that the unit wasn't programmed correctly. Since the new contractor fixed the programing, our furnace works correctly. We are now thousands of additional dollars into our brand new air conditioner and it still isn't operating correctly. DO NOT HIRE APOLLO UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO SWEAT!!!

Apollo has serviced all of my properties for nearly 10 years and done new system installs as needed. They are always reliable, friendly and professional. Their prices are fair and the technicians always go above and beyond to check everything, educate and save money where they can. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

We were moving into our new house and our thermostat showed our house at 40 degrees. Our furnace had stopped working on the coldest nights of the year and our house was freezing. Apollo came out fixed the furnace and got it running back in no time! They heated us back up! They are wonderful, kind and trustworthy people! Apollo Heating and Cooling replaced a heating and cooling unit for one location and also repaired a commercial heating and cooling system for me in another. In addition I have a rental property and they dropped everything and took care of an AC unit because my tenant has a special needs child. Did an outstanding job on all three projects and communicated very well. Pricing was fair. I would highly recommend them to all and will be using them for my future needs.

I've used their repair service multiple times before finally biting the bullet and getting an entirely new heating/cooling system. Worst day ever - when your AC goes out and it is 97 degrees outside. Fortunately, we called Apollo. Downside was they had to order a new unit, upside was it came in about 3 days later. They were able to install it in short order and were very friendly and respectful. I didn’t want to spend that much money, but that part was not their fault - no one no on the AC unit going kaput. But if yours does, call Apollo - they will take care of you!

Apollo heating and cooling in Wentzville installed a system in my house and the back rooms are cold. I called another heating & cooling company to come out and the stated the furnace was to small for the house. I called Apollo and they did not return call. I called again and secretary stated they do not do work in my area anymore and the owner would not even talk to me-- I am going to have to spend almost $4000.00 to replace the new furnace. I am doing this review so that maybe another family will not have the same problem that I had. I gave them one star - but they do not deserve it. Apollo H & C charged enough to have good job.

Apollo recently replaced our contactor and combed our AC unit. They were professional, responsive, did great quality work, and were the best value! We will be utilizing Apollo in the future for any of our heating and cooling needs.

Call this company !! They helped me when my air system died with hot weather quickly. I called KELLY before them and they qouted $10,000.00 for only a new air system. Yes the did. I called Apollo, they replaced my air system and furnace for $7,800.00. That included several rebates to get to this price. Incredible owner and team. They do not take advantage of their customers. Excellent service and costs!!
