I would give zero star if there's such an option. Bad quality equipment and worst warranty!!! They installed a whole new HVAC system late last year and only one year later, the heater's having problem. We called them to send somebody over to take a look. They said it's just past the one-year labor warranty, so will charge $82 for a service call plus charge for any repairs! A brand-new system broke down in just a year and their warranty is just a joke! Don't use them!!!

In a world where customer service is dead......These guys were awesome! They were so friendly and had amazing customer service! We are getting ready to have a baby and wanted to cut down on the dust in our home, they came out and gave us a free estimate and fixed our ducts at half the cost several other companies gave us. They came back the very next day and got us all taken care of! They even threw in a free $40 filter as a baby gift and helped this pregnant momma bring in a big heavy package that was delivered for our nursery! I will for sure use them again as well as refer them to my family and friends!

Installed two new furnaces and heat pumps in our house. The systems work great, he gave us a very good price, and the men left no trace of trash or anything else showing they had been here for two days installing the systems. I would definitely use them again, or recommend them to anyone.

This business came by our house to clean out furnace that was not working properly. In our home we have 2 and one was working completely fine but they cleaned it for us anyways so they were both up to speed. Once Donnie was finished he came up and said that everything was working properly let me remind you only one of our furnaces had an issue and the other one was working great but had some dirt in it. He left said he had to go back down to fix some wire and when he came back up and left NEITHER ONE of our furnaces kicked back on for the rest of the night! We tried calling but they wouldn't answer the phone and when a friend of ours called the owners wife that's when it was addressed but they wouldn't come back out because they were "too far away". We went all through the night with no heat because they broke the working furnace and didn't fix the one that was having problems. Donnie came back the next day with the ignighters in his truck for our specific make and model of a furnace without supposedly knowing what was wrong with them. He didn't find the problem and go back out to his car he just came in with the parts and went down to fix the broken furnaces and then said, "I have no idea how that happened I must have bumped em and they fell apart" talking about the ignighters then he said "I can see how that would happen with one but both man that's odd" yeah .... It is odd isn't it? We did not pay for them to come back out and fix them considering they broke our furnaces and we had to go through the cold night without any heat. This situation was very very odd to me and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We're cancelling out subscription for them to come 2ce a year to clean our furnaces and we will never be doing business with them again.

Diane and apollo are not reliable and very unprofessional..did not make the appointment , no contact, then tried to make up excuses and then told me to call someone else. Its not their problem was their exact term they used. ...used them at your own risk. all of that and I am a repeat customer.. what do they do to the new ones...

Very customer oriented and knowledgeable about a lot of stuff. Highly recommended

RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!!!! Total JOKE of a company!!!! Donnie came out to fix leaking AC on Wed. Paid over $140. Called Friday stating it's still leaking only to be told they'd come back Monday and it would be another $83. service charge!!! I text Donnie on Monday late in the day to see when he was coming out because it was after 4:00 by now. He told me to remove a hose and see if that fixed things and that he'd come out the next day instead. I was aggravated but said fine, only to wait around ALL DAY, left him text message, called him, mind you it is now 5:00 pm!!! He was surprised it was still leaking😒 And said he'd come over!! I am way done with this company at this point but already paid for something that STILL wasn't fixed!!! He put tape around a pipe and said hopefully this'll fix it, hahahahaha and said at least it's by a drain!!! 😡 Called shop next day, spoke with I'm assuming the owner. Explained everything. He said he would look into what was going on, and get back with me. That was last Thursday at 11am!!! My husband tried calling Friday, no ones called him back. So we are out the money, they already cashed the check. Must have been why they stalled!!! So DONT make the same mistake we did! RUN!!!!! Run!!! RUN!!!!!!! I'm only giving up because unlike apollo, I have other things to consume my time with other than trying to mess with other peoples lives and take their hard earned money!!!!! Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!!!
PS... I wouldn't have even given them a one star ⭐️ but that was as low as you could give!!!!!

These guys are the best. From start to finish they were fast, extremely responsive and very professional. I had to replace my entire system and I could not be any happier with the quality of service that they provided. I would recommend them to everyone!

Our ac went out on the hottest day of this year.
Tom had Don at our house by noon. Great company, super customer service. They are very reasonable.
