Johnson Heating and Cooling

Had a great experience with Nathan making a service call on our A/C system. He explained everything, answered all my questions and replaced only the part that was causing the issue. Since my system is 15 years old, I'll be working with Johnson Heating and Cooling on a possible replacement as well.

They sent 4 guys one of which was the owner. They cut a hole in the side of my new $7000 dollar trane unit. The hole was because the didn’t bring enough ducting to do the job correctly. Then they patched the hole and ran out of duct tape so it was not sealed the hole was 8 bye 18 inches and above the A coil.

The patched over it because the vent blew over the coil instead of through it. I have pictures.

I new it was not right and got ZERO FROM THE OWNER WHO DEFENDED THE WORK.

I have had 2 companies look and both say not right and worst they have ever seen.

I had these guys do the HVAC duct/venting work for finishing my basemen a couple months ago and I have to say, they where the easiest and most straightforward part of the entire process. They knew exactly what I needed, charged a reasonable rate I felt, and jsut did an overall fantastic job. I would use these guys again no problem. So glad I found them!

Our A/C was not able to keep up in the heat of summer so I called Johnson Heating and Cooling. Nathan came out and confirmed that our refrigerant had a slight leak and fixed the issue. He also gave me some tips on keeping my home cool such as insulation, filters, etc. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Thanks Nathan!

It's a pleasure working with pros. They put in four vents, two returns, an exhaust vent, and answered all my questions. Their work in my basement was quick, friendly, on-time and reasonably priced.

Our A/C went out on Sunday, and I called the first local HVAC company that popped up via Google. So glad I did. I called 1st thing Monday morning and had a technician here Monday afternoon. Nathan was quick to find the problem and honest with the solution. We were up and running Tuesday around noon, so only a couple of days of hot in the house.
Everything has been running great, and I do highly recommend Johnson Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs. Affordable and reliable.

I'm in the process of finishing my basement and HVAC was the one part I didn't want to do myself. I got numerous quotes from other companies and Johnson was very fair. Their quote came in at less than half of most of the other companies. Shaun was super friendly and responsive and they came out within a few days and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Johnson Heating and Cooling is a top notch group of guys. They are great with the technical side and the installation. My home was left spotless when they were done. They showed up on time just as they scheduled and did a high quality installation. Would recommend them to anyone I know.
