Johnson Heating and Cooling did an amazing job on my install. I had them install a high efficiency heat pump system and I could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism. I highly recommend you give them a call if you are in the market for a new HVAC system.

There was some poor communication between myself and the dispatch team. They said around 2pm I would have someone at my house. At 3pm I called and they said the techs were backed up and it would be around 4pm. I called again at 5pm and they said I was the next one on the list. The tech finally showed up at 6:30pm. I understand the techs get backed up this time of year and this is not on them, I just wish that I would have been notified instead of me having to call. However, the tech did a great job. He found the issue and immediately fixed the A/C unit. These stars are for the guys out there on the road, not the dispatch team.

Professional job from start to finish. Shaun spent a good hour discussing our options for our new heating and air conditioning system. His team of installers were on time and finished the installation as expected. They explained how the system worked and how to operate the system. The cost of the system was also in line with other companies.

I always dread having to make a service call because you never know what to expect or if they're telling it to you straight. Johnson Heating & Cooling exceeded nearly all of my previous experiences. If your equipment is serviceable and it is safe to do so, these guys will replace/repair what is needed to get you up and running again; no BS upcharging or unnecessary replacement parts. After repairing my furnace the technician took the time to answer additional questions and even gave some unsolicited heating/cooling tips that was very much appreciated. I never shopped around for price, I went soley based on reviews so I can't comment on that. But I will say this, if they cost more than other guys their knowledge and honesty surely makes up for it. When it comes time for an upgrade I know where I'm making my first call.

First, let me say that I've never written a review for a company or product, and in fact, this is my first. This family owned business is, in my opinion, the best example of a service oriented company. They stock top quality products (Trane in my case) and back it up with very prompt service at competitive prices. They have installed my residential furnace, hot water heaters and AC systems and I will only use them in the future. Ask for Nathan if you need a service call... he's.knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

Shawn and his crew installed a new Trane heat pump/ac/furnace last week, and we were very pleased with every aspect --- bid was competitive, installation was completed as scheduled (less than 1 day), very professional and helpful every step of the way.

My wife and I did a custom build home and Shaun and his staff did a fantastic job installing our new system. Other companies wanted to do over sales for our home but Shaun gave us just what we needed and my wife and I love our system and couldn't be happier.

Received estimate for new heat pump. Very thorough, answered all my questions.
