Sam was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he did and what was broken. I have to say that he went the extra mile to answer questions that I had as well. These types of people are hard to find and especially someone that truly enjoys their job. AAA you did very well in hiring him and hopefully you give him a raise. I would highly recommend them especially sam.

Mike was great, did not think part would come in on time, it did. He checked on it and repair was done on Saturday morning instead of Monday. We had our air back on within an hour. Excellent service, Mike was very knowledgeable and reliable.

Tech did a great job, understood the troubleshooting I had already done and quickly zeroed in on the problem. Resolved the issue within 20 min, back up and running. I would definitely recommend AAA to everyone. Polite, courteous, professional.

As usual, the clean and check was done quickly, and correctly. I have used AAA for years and have never felt taken advantage of. They do good work for comparable prices with other companies. Very trustworthy.

AAA sent Mike S to service our AC system yesterday. We have had AAA for a few years now and are very satisfied with the conscientious and professional care we have received twice a year. Their r service technicians have not only been courteous, but they have been thorough and professional. There are no high pressure sales attempts, no sloppy workmanship. If and when we do need repairs, we will have no hesitation in calling upon AAA.

My AC stopped working and Mike showed up on time, took care of the blown fuse in my AC unit in about 30 min and gave me some great suggestions on how to prevent that from happening again as well as how to minimize dust in my house (dust is a huge problem for us). Great service and I will definitely use them again. Also, I was not asked to write this review, I wrote it out my own satisfaction of the experience.

We use AAA for everything so it was a no brainer to call them for our furnace issues. Prompt service as always!

Sam was awesome, installed our thermostat quickly a day after I called them, other businesses quoted us a week wait plus. Will use these guys, and hopefully Sam specifically, for future needs.
