Hoock's Heating & Cooling

Hoock's installed a new 2 Stage Heat Pump, zoning with separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs and a humidifier. It replaced an existing heat pump system. Its been installed for a month now and we are extremely happy with the performance. The team did an excellent job installing the new heat pump system.

Hoock's also did an excellent job explaining 4 different systems to choose from and what the benefits were for each one. I did get three other bids but felt the most comfortable with how Hoock's presented their bid, their systems to choose from and their experience. They also have financing. I highly recommend giving them a call for any repair or system install.

After reading reviews and seeing Hoock's had a 5 star rating, I decided to give them a call. I made the appointment and luckily they were able to send someone out within a few hours!

Albert was my technician and he was amazing. I'm an extremely curious person so he took the time to show me how everything works, how and why they test things, and future problems to look for. He was polite, kind, and very informative.

In addition to my service, I paid for a yearly plan to have things checked out, maintained, and cleaned twice a year (which my 16 year old house desperately needs). The overall price I paid today was reasonable and did not break the bank.

Now I'm going to kick back and enjoy my nice, cool house. 😎 Thanks Albert!

The owner, Russ, was helpful, kind, informative, and prompt when I had an emergency issue over the holiday. The installation was smooth and easy. And the gentleman that did the installation was helpful, honest, and polite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with an HVAC issue.

Russ came to the house and explained everything we needed to replace our AC system. He was very knowledgable and reviewed different options to meet our heating and cooling needs. Within three days his team was at our home installing our new unit. Rick and the install team were awesome! I had a new system installed on June 9th. My home has never been this comfortable! Russ is truly a pleasure to work with! His team was courteous and kind. There was not one piece of trash lying around after the work was finished... AND... they got done 2 hours ahead of schedule!
