Hoock’s Heating & Cooling goes above and beyond. The best service I’ve ever had. My AC went out at 9pm on a Friday night. The owner Russ was at my home with in the hour to try and repair. He had window units with him just in case it couldn’t be repaired that night. AMAZING SERVICE!! Needless to say we had to use the window units until Tuesday and they worked wonderfully, actually better than my old AC. My new system is installed and working like a dream. Russ has even checked back throughout the week to make sure we are happy!! EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!

Russ is the most compassionate business owner I’ve ever encountered. Both him and his technician Aaron were personable, honest, professional and went well above any of my expectations to help out in 100 degree weather when our AC went out and we were having family in town. In the waiting, Russ let us borrow a window unit to make sure our annual family get together wasn’t a total bust.

If you are looking for a company with integrity and honesty, Hoocks is the one!

A friend referred us to Hoock's when our a/c went out. They did an actual load survey to discover the size equipment we actually needed and gave us estimates for a/c only and an a/c and furnace. There wasn't any pressure from them to buy. They also gave us a great financing option. We had 3 other bids from different companies. Hoock's wasn't the cheapest, but their equipment wasn't bargain basement either. We chose Hoock's because of their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They installed the entire system in one day. They were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a first class job!! The system works perfectly! I highly recommend them!

We had a different company out that said our units were too old to be cleaned/serviced. So I called Hoock's. The owner of the business was very professional. The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also early, but called to make sure he could come early (instead of just showing up). I'm so glad we found Hoock's.

Exceptional. Russ and team where on time and on point. Explained in detail what exactly they would do and why. He and his squad love what they do and it shows in how he conducts his business. Proud of the finished product and well should he be. We need more young people like this. I highly recommend Hoock’s Heating and Cooling!

Russ came out diagnosed the problem with in couple of minutes and got it fixed. It was affordable and was a huge relief to get it fixed. Will 100% use Russ and his team in the future

Russ and his techs are very professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and explained all repairs in layman's terms, so I could understand. They are very reasonable in their rates and just provide a pleasant experience with their services.

Aaron came out on time and instantly started to diagnose our issue. He was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly! He was able to fix our problem quickly and was able to explain exactly what happened! Great guy, great experience, great company!
